[Resolved]  Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — request for re dispatched the pan card

Hello sir/madam,

I have applied pan card with the name of anamika chauhan which was dispatched to my address on 10th of july 2017. I could not received the pancard as the delivery boy has not called me and also did not deliver the pan card at the given address. I checked the nsdl wesite on 31st of july 2017 to check the status of pan card and found that the pan card has returned to the origin.
I request you to resend the pan card at my given address and the details are mentioned below :

The Pan card was dispatched thru Airways courier vide bill no-EA[protected]IN
dated 13/04/2017

Kindly re-dispatch the above Pan on same address
