Please resend my pan card which was not returned by courier service due to long strike in kashmir valley on the preferred mailing addressed i have given. The details are as under:

Updated by nsaja79 While checking the status on the courier website, status reveals that same has been returned to NSDL because same could not be delivered at the consignee address. The address on which the consignment was to deliver is a renowned Tertiary care hospital of the valley which is open 24X7X365 days. The address on which it was to deliver is given hereunder:

Dear sir i am nirmala kumari my pan card is lost before 1 month
so that i want to reissue duplicate pan card on same old pan no- FRUPK8002G,

In order to update existing PAN data or for acquiring a Duplicate PAN card with existing details you are required to submit a 'Request for new PAN card or / and Changes or Correction in PAN data' form.

This application can be made either online at our web-site www.tin-nsdl.com or by submitting the physical form to any of the NSDL TIN-Facilitation Centers(-list available on our website) along with the necessary fees.
