[Resolved]  Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — " sorry, no record found " error while tracking the status of the pan card.

Dear sir/madam,

I had applied for changes in the correction of pan card yesterday through kyc/e-sign. I completed the online payment and my aadhar was verified succesfully.
I have also got the payment reciept through e-mail.

However, upon enetering my 15 digit acknowledgment number (N-[protected]) to track my application, it says "sorry, no record found".

Please fix this issue for me as soon as possible.

I had applied for NEW CARD on1 15/01/2018, However, upon enetering my 15 digit acknowledgment number [protected] to track my application, it says "sorry, no record found".

Your PAN card has been dispatched on 22-Jan-2018 by Registered/Speed Post vide airway bill no. EA536005025IN
This one is resolved, got an email from NSDL saying request in process.
Sir
I would like to bring in your notice that my pran card no[protected] is alloted to my name but card is not recieved yet since 2009.
Kindly send me the pran card to my below giving address .

I applied for name correction in PAN. When I track with acknowledgement number it says record not found

please do the changes ASAP. I need to link mu Aadhar with PAN
