I applied for a new pan through e-kyc via nsdl official website and also did the payment. The e-kyc is done through aadhaar verification and otp is generated and also i got the pdf of my application in which the acknowledgement number is given. But when i tried to track the status of my pan application through the acknowledgement number, the website showed that record is not found. I want this problem to be resolved as soon as possible. My details are given below

3. ‎date of birth - 22.11.1994
4. ‎application date - 02.01.2018
5. ‎payment mode - debit card
6. ‎description of error - record not found while tracking via acknowledgement number

      I use nsdl website to create a new pan card of my neighbor. Temporary token is [protected]. I use e-kyc option for her aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of rs.115 using my debit card. My balance was deducted from the bank on 03/01/2018 but aadhar verification was not completed due to unknown reason. Now it shows me a message when i am checking the status "your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the pan application in next seven working days. I need all my money or create a new pan card. They have to close their webiste if they can't fix the bugs. This is the true failure of digital india. Do something for a change.

      Hi Team,

      I have submitted PAN correction request & got below acknowledgment no. But when checked online for application status.. It is showing as "Sorry, No record found"

          Respected sir/madam,

          I hereby confirm that i have applied for new pan card through nsdl official website. After submitting all the necessary information and apply for e-kyc (Paperless), i paid 115.90 rupees through online via my mobikwik mobile wallet. After that at the time of e-kyc authentication, no otp is generated and i tried several times to regenerate the otp. But it didn't work. So please help me to complete my registration for new pan card. The details are given below -

            Sir,

            I have recently registered for atal pension yojana scheme from central bank of india account. My pran is activated on 21/06/2017. But when i tried to see my account satus, it promted for registration cra-nsdl.com welcome page. There i went to register by clicking 'forgot password' which promted for get ipin for enps. But when i gave my pran with birthdate, it is saying 'pran not found in database'.

            So, i request you to resolve this issue.

              Dear sir,

              I am subscriber of a atal pension yojana (Apy) scheme. My account (Pran[protected]

              My monthly subscription of rs. 376.00

              After some days (27.04.2017) the concerned department ask for submission “self-certification - fatca/crs declaration form”
              And i have already send the above documents.

              But after some days when i check my pran number in database of apy, but there is a message "invalid pran."

              Dear Subscriber,

              This has reference to the query/grievance raised at Consumer Forum.

              In this regard, we wish to inform you that we are in the process of reviewing the forms and will inform the status to the subscribers in due course.

              Further, your PRAN is registered under Atal Pension Yojana (APY) and same is active in CRA system. Currently, under APY, there is no provision to send PRAN card/I-PIN and T-PIN to the subscriber.

              Further, CRA is pleased to inform you that a Mobile APP on APY and NPS lite by NSDL e-Gov having features to view account details, recent contribution, transaction statement and many more features is now available on Android. You can download and install the Mobile APP (APY and NPS lite) from Google “Play Store”.

              APY subscriber can view the transaction statement/e-PRAN by following below mentioned steps:

              I. Subscriber having PRAN –

              1. You need to click on link https://npslite-nsdl.com/CRAlite/EPranAPYOnloadAction.do
              2. Select option “Click to search with PRAN”.
              3. Enter your 12 digits APY PRAN.
              4. Enter bank account number with which your APY account is linked.
              5. Select view for subscriber (SOT view/ APY e- PRAN view).
              6. Enter Captcha and click on Submit.

              II. Subscriber unaware of PRAN –

              1. You need to click on link https://npslite-nsdl.com/CRAlite/EPranAPYOnloadAction.do
              2. Select option “Click to search without PRAN”.
              3. Enter your name, bank account number and date of birth as given in the APY application form.
              4. Select view for subscriber (SOT view/ APY e-PRAN view).
              5. Enter Captcha and click on Submit.

              After submission of details, you will be able to view and print your Transaction statement or e- PRAN.

              Alternatively, the Atal Pension Yojana Service Provider (APY-SP) can also log into CRA website and print the Transaction Statement of the subscribers who are mapped to their office. You may contact your APY-SP in this regard.

                your request cannot be processed, please try after sometime

                I tried to fill the pan application through the nsdl website and selected the e-sign verification process which is second option. From drop down i selected c-dac.
                The payment got deducted and it took me to the aadhar verification process. I entered correct otp multiple times and it kept saying 'your request cannot be processed, please try after sometime'. It has been 3 days. I am not able to proceed further.

                My Acknowledgment Number is [protected]. I have applied for NGO PAN card but when I am checking for its status it shows.
                "Your application is under process at TIN Facilitation Center (TIN FC) where you have made the application. While processing your application, following discrepancy(ies) has/have been noticed. Kindly contact the TIN FC[protected]/66282803/66282804/66282805 for details:

                As I am applying for Society PAN card where the photo is not required. So why I am getting this status.

                  " sorry, no record found " error while tracking the status of the pan card.

                  Dear sir/madam,

                  I had applied for changes in the correction of pan card yesterday through kyc/e-sign. I completed the online payment and my aadhar was verified succesfully.
                  I have also got the payment reciept through e-mail.

                  However, upon enetering my 15 digit acknowledgment number (N-[protected]) to track my application, it says "sorry, no record found".

                  Please fix this issue for me...

                  Hi Team,

                  I am contributing money for my APY scheme. I have got message about the PRAN details to my email but when I am trying to reset the password "PRAN not found in the database" error message. I have used below mentioned URL for logging in/ resetting the password for my PRAN account.

                      There is nothing great that nsdl is doing by paying these customer care # if they don't know how to handle customer queries or concerns. Moreover, their website said the same statement, then what is the point of keeping telephonic customer care?

                      This is worst policy of nsdl and the it infrastructure is unbelievably poor. One cannot expect more out of these losers anyways.

                        Dear sir,
                        I have applied for pan card under the name shailendra kumar, acknowledgement number [protected]. On the day of delivery, i was not in my hostel and the courier was returned back.
                        I didn't get any phone call from the courier service afterwards and the pan card was returned back on 2nd jan, 2018, mentioning that the consignee was shifted to other address.
                        I request you to re-dispatch the pan card on the same given address as given in the application form.

                            I have applied for a new pan card, name of nini barman. Panb dispatched our address in 06 nov 2017. I couldn’t receive the pan card because post man not give my pan. When i contact post office they returned pan to the sender address.

I couldn’t receive the pan card because i have not presents at home when the local post man reached. Later, after few days we contact post man regarding the post. He told that he kept with him for three days and returned to the sender address.

                                  I was applyed 2 time online pan on my atm named dattu shrirang dapkar and that 2 time i was doing online payment but that payment are deducted from my account and after your website display message "something wrong in adhar and refund your balance in few day" and that process turn off in completely but my balance still not refund so please its my humbble request to nsdl refund my balance soon.

As well as there is no any call or message received from post office as we are starting a new firm. We already updated the shop address address officially to the post office.
