My acknowledgement no is 11418664. I'm getting the following error while logging in to https://enps.nsdl.com/eNPS/

"registration against this acknowledgement id is pending for confirmation from payment gateway. Please try again after sometime."

Its been more than 24 hours i am stuck with this error. Kindly resolve this and let me make the payment and complete the registration process...

The pan card was sent through blue dart courier. However, i had not received a call from them and using the tracking number i find that the card was sent back.
The track status shows that they had attempted to deliver it 4 times and on three of those occasions we were in the premises.

When i wanted the reason for it they said that the landmark was not available, they should try to contact in the given phone number if they could not get the address, but they didn't did so.

ekyc not working for pan card via aadhar otp

I checked on uidai site, and aadhar otp is working, but same is not working on nsdl site for otp authentication via aadhar.
My money is already deducted. I want refund of payment. My token number is [protected].
I tried to wait and refresh continously and re send otp, but its not working. My phone number is correctly updated in aadhar. The amount for re issue is already deducted from my account but system is not going ahead...
