[Resolved]  Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — "sorry no record found" error while tracking the status of the pan card.

Dear sir/madam,
I have applied new pan card for my parents on 11/3/2018 through e-kyc. I have completed aadhar verification and payment successfully.
However when i track aplication using 15 digit acknowledgement numbers, it says no record found.
Kindly look into the issue.
Acknowledgement numbers are:
N-[protected] - eregala lakshmamma
N-[protected]-eregala sudershan reddy

Your PAN application vide ack num - [protected] is rejected by Income Tax Department (ITD) as Aadhaar Number (UID number) mentioned in the PAN application is already exists for another PAN. For further details, kindly write us at [protected]@nsdl.co.in . Your PAN application vide Ack Num - [protected] is processed by NSDL and send to Income Tax Department for Allotment of PAN.

I have successfully completed the Individual Pension Account opening process using eNPS.The Permanent Retirement Account Number (PRAN) alloted is[protected].

But when I try to generate password It giving an error: PRAN not found in database

Your PAN card is dispatched through Speed Post on 20-Dec-2017 vide AWB No. EA597833564IN . We request you to submit an application for ‘Request For New PAN Card or/and Changes Or Correction in PAN Data’ mentioning your correct & complete address.
