Dear sir/madam, I have applied new pan card for my parents on 11/3/2018 through e-kyc. I have completed aadhar verification and payment successfully. However when i track aplication using 15 digit acknowledgement numbers, it says no record found. Kindly look into the issue. Verified Support Mar 14, 2018 NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure Customer Care's response Dear E. Srinivas, Your PAN application vide ack num - [protected] is rejected by Income Tax Department (ITD) as Aadhaar Number (UID number) mentioned in the PAN application is already exists for another PAN. For further details, kindly write us at [protected]@nsdl.co.in . Your PAN application vide Ack Num - [protected] is processed by NSDL and send to Income Tax Department for Allotment of PAN. | |
