Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — Status showing supporting documents with respect to your pan application even after receiving it by speed post

I had filled online application, payed the required fee and speed posted all the necessary documents. The speed post status shows that the package has been received by nsdl pune on 13/02/2017. The post tracking no. Is rk[protected]in. But, while tracking my pan card status application, it says that they have not received my documents till date. I also tried calling to the customer care no.[protected] which is 24 x 7 always busy. Also tried on other contact no. But not responding to any.
I require my pan card urgently... Please see to the matter. Acknowledgement number is [protected] & name is propheta gustin miranda.
Request you attention & help in this matter since its extemely urgent.

Updated by francisdias I had filled online application, payed the required fee and speed posted all the necessary documents. to NSDL Pune on 13/02/2017 but still its showing "We have received the documents with reference to your PAN application. Your application is under process with NSDL". The PAN Card it required urgently but still after several follow times to the customer care no.[protected] which is 24 x 7 always busy. Also tried on other contact no. But not responding to any. lease see to the matter. Acknowledgement number is [protected] & name is propheta gustin miranda. Request you attention & help in this matter since its extremely urgent.
