[Resolved]  Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — tan application ack no. [protected]

We have applied online tan application through www.tin.tin.nsdl.com on 03/12/2018 and acknowledgement generated as ack no. [protected]. We paid the necessary fees etc though check as mentioned in the online format and it is also cleared from our account. The check detail and cleared detail are also sent through email. The signed acknowledge documents also received by the authority. But still the status is as not valid document. On repeated queries through email and telephone for several times proper answer not given from the concern authority till date. Now we are facing trouble for processing our official documents without the required tan number. Kindly take care of matter
