we have not yet received the supporting documents with respect to your pan application

I had applied for pan using online facility on 02/01/2019, acknowledgment number : [protected] and i have digitally signed my application using e sign, i have uploaded my aadhaar document as proof..

On completion i received this message,

"thank you for using online facility for pan application.

If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward...

Hi team,

I have opened an nps account via icici bank and generated pran :[protected] but when my employer tried to add funds that got rejected
I have tried login in the nps portal but its showing inactive user. I have also tierd reaching icici bank but they are also not sure how to proceed on this.
Can you please help me with steps to get my account operational again so i can make contributions again.

    My wife opened an enps account and contributed the amount towards the same. Immediately after the account opening, she received a mail informing her that the email with ipin will be sent shortly. Even after 48 hours now, the email has not been received.

    Also, could i get the courier details via which the pran kit has been dispatched to my registered address?

      I have applied for reprint/correction of pan card on 04th jan 2019 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number ([protected]). On completion of the process i have received message like below.

      "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

      If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

      But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

          Since last 3 weeks, i am trying to contribute to enps account from your website (https://enps.nsdl.com/eNPS/). every time i do transaction using any of the gateway (Billdesk or sbi pay) using my bank debit card, it throws me error ""there was an error while receiving the response from payment gateway"". I had escalated this issue to your customer service representative on phone multiple times, however every time they revert back with only response as "there is an issue with payment gateway and they don't know when it will get resolved", which is shocking. I believe the issue is being faced by many many contributors and still no one is paying attention to resolve it. This lethargic approach is disappointing. Please do the needful asap and restore the payment service as many private companies demand investment proofs by january end for income tax calculations.

            I registered in the nps account from internet icici banking and got the pran no:[protected] by sms, but am unable a to login to set my i-pin and to contribute towards my investment. Please help.

            Hi Team,

            I am trying to raise a complaint directly in the NSDL portal using the link which I received in the mail.
            I am using the option, "PRAN Details Available" but i get the message "Please Enter a Valid PRAN."

            Not sure on how to proceed.

            My Acknowledgement Number is 11676549 and the Acknowledgement Date is 18/12/2018. When I try to Complete Pending Registration, I get the message "Registration against this Acknowledgement Id is pending for confirmation from payment Gateway.Please try again after sometime." I am getting this message for the last 10 hours.

            My Acknowledgement Number is 11676549 and the Acknowledgement Date is 18/12/2018. When I try to Complete Pending Registration, I get the message "Registration against this Acknowledgement Id is pending for confirmation from payment Gateway.Please try again after sometime." I am getting this message for the last 10 days. The payment failed and its a dead lock. you are not allowing me to complete registration and payment status will never come as it has failed..This issue is happening to thousands of people and you are doing nothing. Any system waits for payment confirmation for 15 min or most 30 min. How come NPS system is still waiting for payment confirmation for last 10 days. Don't you have smallest sense to know that the payment has failed and user should be given a chance to do the payment once again. You have put user in dead lock where one can't proceed further.This issue is happening to 1000's of people and you not even fixing the issue, and when i raised a complaint you responding me the same statement which i have raised. Its like i have complaint to water supply department that i am not getting water at my home and you are responding " sir we have checked our system and it seems like we are not giving water to you". Why do government system tend to fail so much or have so much delay in any process.If this was a private company job this would have been resolved the very same day...And when Government privatise any service you people start crying that Government is killing jobs. You are not doing your job at best...How long one has to wait to complete the NPS registration...

                      I used nsdl website to create a new pan card of me. Temporary token is [protected]. I use e-kyc option for her aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of rs.106.90 using my debit card. My balance was deducted from the bank on 20/12/2018 but aadhar verification was not completed due to not receiving any otp on their registered aadhar card mobile no. Now it shows me a message when i am checking the status "your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode.
                      My money is deduced from the syndicate bank and the application says it is cancelled.

                        I have applied for correction in my pan card using e-sign on 27 dec 2018 and uploaded all the required doccument in prescribed format with rs 106 online payment. I have completed whole process successfully and got my 15 digit accknowledge number from the pdf download after compeletion of process.
                        But i m unable to find my record on nsdl site got display "sorry, no record found"

                              Lots of traffic is incrreasing day by day in mumbai specially in peak hours as half of the city is occupied by metro rail projects
                              Please discard the footpaths and u turns specially where metro projects are going on also smoothen the roads so that traffic goes speedy and smoothly
                              Specially junctions like vibgyor school at goregaon turns should be banned or metro should apply staff 24 hours to ease the traffic because lot of locals dont let the traffic go because of crossing
                              Crossing should be done only when signals are red not all the time disturbing the traffic also lot of malls and banquet halls are there where cars stand in three lines for parking for which 70% of roads are occupied by them

                              Please refund the money becoz there is a problem in downloading the form My email id number address which was there in the mobile was gone so i cant download, if incase anothere method was there to download please let me know
                              I applied for the pan card replacement from the pancard.com site i filled the form and made payment but there was no further process done i think it was a fraud also i made payment through google pay but the page gone blank nothing is displayed after that. Please help.

                                I tried to fill the pan application through the nsdl website and selected the e-sign/online document upload aadhar verification process.
                                The payment got deducted and it took me to the aadhar verification process. I got the OTP but unable to continue with e-KYC/e-sign process as
                                It kept saying 'your request cannot be processed, please try after sometime.'

                                  While checking status on https://tin.tin.nsdl.com/pantan/StatusTrack.html, its showing no records found. Please help me to check the current status of my PAN Card correction.

                                  I have digitally signed my application using esign/ekyc so there is no need to forward physical documents.

                                  But when I checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

                                  Hi, I Had Applied for Name and Details correction in PAN AMQPM3532R on 21st Dec using EKYC/E-sign and go the below Acknolowdgement Number [protected] but when check the status getting error as no records found

                                  Request u to Pls check and do the needful ASAP
                                  Income Tax Department (ITD) database shows that you may have been issued PAN in your name. ITD yet to inform status of your application.

                                    Since you have exceed otp regeneration limit. You cannot proceed with e-sign. Kindly proceed with generating physical application and sent the application to the mentioned address in next page

                                    What is the next procedure i have to follow, request you to give a proper solution? Can i cancel and proceed with any pan card application centre in my town?

                                    Kindly generate application without e - Sign mode and forward physical PAN application duly signed with photo and supporting documents to Pune Address.
                                    Not able to contribute. I reach the final payment page and enter all details and it says Transaction failed in the end.

                                    Acknowledgement No - 0.

                                    Lot of other stuff also not working such a crappy sight. Says Server error on doing so many things like change password
