[Resolved] Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — Transaction failure while correcting the name on the pan card | |||||
This is to inform you while i made an attempt to file an application for correction of name on my wife's pan card via nsdl website. I chose he option of netbanking in order to pay the required charges i. E. Rs 117.35, however the transaction didnt carry out successfully and i got a popup message that if the amount is charged, it wud be reversed back. Unfortunately i have been charged with that amount and i expect nsdl to refund that money back to my kotak bank account [protected] Token number: [protected] Please find below the transaction log 06/06/2017 os nsdlpan [protected] pg-[protected] 117. 35 I expect prompt action from you.
