I am trying to apply for pan card for my mother. After uploading documents in last page after clicking on submit button i am getting "'your details have been cannot be saved. Please try after sometime"

Please check what is the issue with portal

I am trying to apply for pan card for my Uncle. After uploading documents in last page after clicking on submit button i am getting "'your details have been cannot be saved. Please try after sometime".

Repeatedly happening.

Will anybody solve this problem or let me know what i have done wrong
