[Resolved] NSDL — online transaction | |||
I have applied for online pan card through nsdl, it was good till the aadhar verification through otp. Eventhough i entered the otp within seconds, i received the notification that i have taken more time and the transaction failed tge first time. Thinking that i have really took much time for aadhar verification and as it said that my account will be credited within 7 days as the transaction has failed, i applied for tge second time and this time i was damn sure that i have entered the otp on time but still this time also the same error message popup and my transaction failed. My money (120) got detected twice but was never refunded. I made the transaction through indian bank debit card. My account number is[protected] and ifsc:idib000j037. Seriously, i didnot except such a pathetic and lame website from our government where everything is online nowdays. I request you to kindly look into this complaint and issue my refund immediately.
