Sir, we have applied for a New Pan Card online with the NSDL e-Gov vide acknowledgement number [protected] rejected stating that the ID proof and photo not proper. We have also send the proper document i.e adhar card/10th certificate with voter id card but the same is rejected due to inavlid document. So that we are requested to you please provide the refund for pan processing carges paid to NSDL of Rs.106+ charges debited in credit card account.
