[Resolved] NSDL — Pan Card money Not Refunded | |||
Sir/ Madam I am a student and I have applied for PAN card with Token no.-[protected] and I choosed e-kyc/e-sign through aadhar card. The fees in deducted from bank account but at last process, No OTP was generated for verification of My aadhard card through registered mobile no. and the screen display the exact message as :- "Your e-Sign/e-KYC based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode or e-Sign mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of this PAN application in next seven working days." This problem happened to many person.I called at their complain no. but found it, out off reach. Is this really DIGITAL INDIA ? I want my whole money back, soon. Please look into the matter. I hopefully asked you favour to help me to get my money back so that I could apply for pan card through another medium, immediately. Regards, SHIVAM Was this information helpful? | |||
