NTL Call Taxi — OVER CHARGING | |||
I have engaged a Taxi for travelling from Tamabaram East (near Selayur Police Station) to Kun Hyundai Service center in Adayar. On reaching the destination the driver informed me that the NTL APP is not working and did arithmetic and charged me Rs.520 and I paid the same .5 minutes after alighting the Taxi I received a message that the rate charged is Rs.314.I complained to customer care ( don't care) center and followed it up by several phone calls. Following are the travel details. 1. Date of travel - Feb, 25, 2015. 2. Booking ref: B[protected] 2. Cab no: TN59BE2416 It is a matter of regret that this issue remains unsettled and I feel cheated by the Cab driver. Can the concerned at NTL Customer care see this complaint and arrange to refund the excess money or you my tell me straight away to forget and get lost. But, they charged Rs. 50/- as a peak hour charges even, we started at 7 am.
and also they charges to Rs.60/- for no reason mentioning as waiting charges, Because, there was a traffic on our route.so, addtional about Rs. 110/- was charges extra, without any valid reason.
