NurseryLive — No refund on the dead plant that was sent

I recently bought three plants fron nursery live website and two plants came fine but the rose plant was dead. When I logged a case with the customer care they havent given me refund for the plant but gave me points for it. This means you will not get the money back but you use the points and then also pay for delivery of the plant. What kind of nonsene thing is this? This is not acceptable. They are selling a normal rose plant and will courier in black plastic bags which you can get from a local vendor for as cheap as 100 rs and they are charging almost 300 and even after paying so much money you get a dead plant. Consumers please be ware and do not buy from this website. There are no refunds and returns for any of the product.
