        This is regarding my shipment NLV[protected]. I have shared my address as requested and got confirmation that I will receive my delivery in 2/3 days. It has been more than 4 days. Could you please confirm my delivery.

        It has an unpleasant experience in receiving what is promised...

          I have received the message that my transaction was unsuccessful and money will be refunded within 7 days if deducted.
          After more tht 10 days money was deducted multiple times for the same order .
          I need my refund

            I was placed order on 22 Jul and payment also debited from my bank for amt of rs 159/-. But order not confirm, when I was approaching company they said payment not received. I also give bank statement and Payment debited SMS. But they will not provide by bank statement. Company is cheated me.

              On 11 Dec21 i have placed order of a plant and paid shipping charges of 79rs, i did not receive the plant till date. On 24 Jul 22 i have placed order for two more plants with prepaid charges of 159 rs, order not being shown.

                Hello,

                I haven’t received one of the plants that I have ordered- Orange Rose, and the Peach Rose that I have received is broken/rotten.

                I have had to follow up and chase every single day since the day I ordered, with no updates and tracking possible. If this is how their operations run, I would never recommend anyone to use their App. Simply Harassment of all sorts

                  On 18.06.2022 I had placed an order but till date the consignment has not been delivered. DTDC tracking details were sent to me and it was in transit but on 13.07.2022, on checking the tracking details, it showed delivery failed. Thereafter I have sent several emails to the company but I receive only false promises and today my emails remain unanswered.

                    My order NLV[protected] with this website was not delivered at all, and there is no customer service or option to cancel the order or refund, it’s completely a fake company stealing money from people, I will soon file a legal complaint again this website...

                    Hi Team, Nursery live is a scam company. I had placed order for an areca palm worth 180 rupees in the month of April 2022. Since then, I've been following up with nursery live on checking my delivery status and have sent nearly 10 emails in four months timeframe requesting for update. They keep sharing some bogus tracking number, every time I write to them and state that plant will be delivered in 48 hours but, , it's been four months and I've not got the refund nor the plant and the customer service is now not even responding to my refund request email. Kindly intervene and help me in getting the refund from them.

                      Its been 10 day i have ordered plants from nurserylive app but have not received my order till date. customer support is not responding properly on this. who even in the customer support are giving the same reply as your order is ready to ship within 2-3 working days and will send the tracking details through mail, but no tracking information in coming. i am getting doubt that they will delivery my order or not, or else they were cheating customers for money. they don't even have customer support number, if also it wont work. Very bad website live chat they don't even reply. I don't want to receive any plants from nurserylive app, please refund my money back. customer support will not respond for more than one mail in that also they will provide the wrong information to the customer. They are informing that my order is ready to ship. Please refund my money. worst app

                        Hi, I'm NaveenKumar.I have ordered some seeds worth 510 rupees in nursery live website on 26th June 2022. It's been 18 days till now I didn't recieved my seeds. Also the customer support is very worst.They didn't even reply to my messages.Also they didn't provide any refund option.How long I have to wait for this.Very worst experience with nurserylive.Please people don't buy any products from nursery live website .My product ordered still in process.When will I get my product.Please resolve my complaint as soon as possible.

                          I ordered Plants from Nursery Live worth 6+ thousand on May 26, 2022, i didn't get all the plants only few and rest are gone! I been complaing on support but no proper response only automated saying will resolve in 48 hours. After complaining.many times i got reply recently saying they won't be able to deliver them, instead they can convert them to nCash which is literally no use and there is no option in nursery Live to redeem moreover I don't want to order again with this fraudsters i want my money back. These people are shame to our make in India startups. Government should have proper channels to block them and not to do business.

                                Damaged product delivered after 14days of placing order.
                                Upon raising complaint on the day of delivery, they asked for photos multiple times and after 8 days they come back telling me that the product was damaged due to my negligence.
                                Horrible customer response and unhelpful. Response time way too long.
                                Nobody should use this platform.

                                  I had ordered (order no. NLV[protected] ) a plant set of 4 from nurserylive.com on 21st June 2022 and it's been more than 10-12 days since I ordered and still, I've not received any information about my order. I've tried to contact on email and customer services and the reply came on the mail that the order is ready to dispatch and will get delivered in 3-4 days and And till date, I've not got any information.

                                    Order is not received

                                    I have placed order in nurserylive on 22 Jun 2022 worth ₹1187. They take 7 days to dispatch product, it's been more than that now. There is no way to contact to support team and the chat bot doesn't help at all, their representative in chat window is not replying or providing any updates on the Product. The products are not dispatched or shipped, so no tracking data is coming. There is no cancellation option available now. Please help me...
