As the flat was registered post receipt of the Occupation Certificate, the P.M.C. records carried the name of Nyati Builders, but rest assured that the ownership status remains with you and unchanged.

Due to this delay in change of the ownership status, I have been unable to claim Property Tax exemption entitled to me being a gallantry award winner.
