Nyati Group — Complaint Regarding Unprofessional and Discourteous Behaviour By An Engineer & Water Issue

I am writing to bring to your immediate attention the ongoing issues we are facing at Nyati Era, specifically in F Wing. The situation has now reached a point where it is becoming extremely difficult for us to continue staying here due to lack of basic facilities and highly unprofessional behavior from the on-site staff.

We are currently the only family residing in F Wing, and despite this, there appears to be no proper support or maintenance staff assigned to this wing.

I would like to highlight a few recent incidents:

Unprofessional Behavior by Engineer
On one occasion, an engineer approached us and rudely asked us to clear garbage ourselves, instead of coordinating with the cleaning staff. This is not only inappropriate but also reflects a lack of basic service standards.
No Water Supply Without Intimation
On another day, there was no water supply from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM. No prior information was given. Throughout the day, the engineers kept misleading us by stating there was a pump issue, whereas later we discovered that the valve for our wing had been shut off.
Repeated Water Supply Issues
The same evening, kitchen water supply was stopped again. Today as well, while supply resumed partially, the kitchen water line was again shut off without any communication.


What is most concerning is:

No prior communication or updates regarding essential service disruptions
Repeated misinformation from the engineering team
Extremely rude and dismissive behavior from staff
Lack of basic facilities like uninterrupted water supply


This level of service is unacceptable, especially when basic necessities are impacted. It is becoming increasingly difficult for us to manage daily living under such conditions.

I request your urgent intervention to:

Ensure proper staffing and maintenance support for F Wing
Establish clear communication protocols for any service disruptions
Take strict action against unprofessional behavior by staff
Ensure uninterrupted access to essential utilities like water


We chose Nyati Group with the expectation of quality living standards, and I hope this matter will be addressed with the seriousness it deserves.
