[Resolved] Nyati Group — not getting the possession of my flat neither the full compensation. | |||
We bought a flat in Niyati Eternity IV, Undri Pune in July 2015, it was under construction at that time. We spoke to the owner of the flat that if we can sale the flat before getting the possession. The builder promised us that he would help us selling the property. He also gave us rough idea how much money we going to get in return. Now this is the crazy part, we were just talking about the selling the property. Niyati group sold our flat to some one else without our written or verbal permission. And they are also not paying us the full amount we agreed. The partial amount they paid us was also in bits and peaces. I would request someone to look in to it and help us get out of this situation. Verified Support Jun 17, 2019 Nyati Group Customer Care's response Dear Sir, To begin with, You had invested with us at Nyati Eternity, Phase IV UNDRI as an investor through your relative Mr. Rahul Kumar as the mediator for this transaction. The amount invested by you towards this particular unit was Rs 30 Lakhs whereas the actual cost of the Unit was Rs 55 Lakhs. Along with that a flexible payment plan was given to you for your convenience in payments. However despite repeated followups from the Sales and CRM teams your refused to register the property nor did you make any further payments towards it. Post which Mr Rahul Kumar approached the sales team requesting them to re-sell your property and disburse the amount to you. As per your requisition through your mediator The unit was sold and an amount of Rs 28, 48, 036 was refunded to you over 3 transactions in Feb 19, Mar 19 & May 19. The residual amount from your investment (Rs 1, 51, 964) was paid towards government charges which include Service taxes & VAT. I tried every possible way to speak with someone in Niyati Head office, but no one is responding to our calls or text messages. I also sent email to "[protected]@nyatigroup.com".
I will appreciate if someone from your head office can talk to me and resolve this issue.
