[Resolved] Nyati Group — open defecation of nyati employees

It is a very very abnormal practice of nyati construction employees defecating on the open land near to the nyati elan west-l project. I am an owner in the society. I complained in the society about the same. The nyati should come forward and give enough facilities to the construction employees tenting near nyati elan sales office.

Our prime minister is motivating everybody to do their toilet in a closed area. A reputed builder like nyati must do enquire/provide the baisc facility for the construction employees. The defecation of these peoples in an open land near the society will create serious health issues in future and this can't be anymore justifiable. If nyati is not take care of this we collectively go for judiciary help for further help.

First of all thank you for raising this issue and bringing it to our notice.
We at Nyati Group abide by all labour policies and all facilities have been provided to our labours.However regarding a few of them who still choose to defecate in the open, the security has been informed on the same to take corrective actions and the issue will be resolved on priority.
