I've been trying to rent 2 bhk in nyati elan phase 1 for the last 15 days and in spite of having few vacated flats, i am unable to make the booking because of only one person mr. Vaibhav from sales office. His rude behavior towards me as well as towards my father made me submit this complaint. He doesn't reply to calls as well as messages. This has become a person dependent and he is taking advantage of this thing. I've been living in the same society for the last 3 months. Owners of these flats solely dependent on this person only and not the society manager. He doesn't show flats to visit and do not respond. I want some kind of action towards this person.

Firstly we are not a single person based organization and Mr. Vaibhav is a sales executive at Nyati Group. He has personally volunteered to help tenants search for properties on rent in our societies and ensure that they have a smooth process. After speaking to him and a few owners in the society we got to know that the owners were personally not interested in renting out their flats for their own personal reasons.
