Nykaa.com — I got something else which is not order by me | |||
I have ordered (Order number nyk[protected] you christine valmy lemon extract cream of rs 550, christine valmy radiance spf45 of rs 485, christine valmy b-brite whitening serum of rs 950 on 19th january 2020. Hence today 22th january 2020 go deliver some wrong products which is not order by me. I am sending you the photo copies of the product which is being delivered today to me and had a word with your customer support the lady name is hina she told me to send the photo copies to the nykaa support. Please go through it and replace the product as soon as possible with the working period of time because i want it be for 27th january 2020. Day by day your service degrading & products also. I placed order NYK[protected] on 18 Jan due to some reasons I couldn't recieve the order but I resheduled it to 27 Jan n even talked to customer care executive twice still no action has been taken I am highly disappointed... kindly take action n deliver my order
