I bought a jimmy choo sunglasses from ntkaa fashion, on receiving the order I found it to be a fake product- cheap plastic build, no brand box, no card of authentication or brand bill. I submitted multiple images of the product as they requested, l but still the return is on hold citing that they need some internal enquiry whileas there was a 7 days free return policy. Despite of not carrying any checks before dispatching the order and selling fake copies of the branded products, they are delaying my refund. This is nothing but a scam for looting customers. I want my refund asap, I cant lose my money over something that is not even worth 100 bucks.

      Ordered 5 items received 1 item that too wrong and from different company.
      Return request was cancelled by them. Contacted customer service but they blamed us.

        I received damaged products from nykaa so I raised a return request hoping for a refund for those damaged products only to see an outright rejection for return pickup . Not only did they refuse to refund back my money for the damaged products but they also flat out rejected my return request. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable ! So kindly ensure that justice is delivered to me as soon as possible.

Though I’ve already paid for those missing products, nykaa is refusing to return my refund by making multiple excuses that they’ve sent the products in perfect condition and that they’re sorry . It’s very disappointing and frustrating so kindly address my issue asap so that my grievance is resolved immediately. Thank you!

            I ordered a Monte Carlo sleeveless off white jacket but I received a full sleeve jacket of another company in the box. The jacket is folded and packed into the cap of Monte Carlo jacket so that the product seems to be the original. All the tags and price details are on the cap and there is no tag or seal on the jacket. That jacket is old and used. When I registered a return request in nykaa, they rejected my request by saying that their investigation team found out that product was dispatched accurately. I asked the customer care multiple times that After the dispatch of order how many stops and persons are involved in the shipping, is nykaa not responsible for delivering the product till the order reached at the door of customer. Customer executives replied that they can’t help me in this matter.

                I received wrong product from nykaa. I raised a return request which is cancelled by nykaa by saying that they have dispatched right product. They didn’t provide me any proof of that they dispatched right product. The customer care didn’t response positively. I called multiple times to the customer care of nykaa but They said that once the return request is cancelled nothing is done on their end

                  I had ordered garmwnts from nykaa fashion which is supposed to be deluvered on 14jan 2024. But till now there is no trace of shipment delivery . Support executive are not guiding, giving false info abput location of shipment. Overall i didnt get any support from there. Order Id NYK[protected]

                      Refund not credited to bank account

                      Refund for product : autumnlane Veronica black co ord set has been initiated to my wallet and not bank account .
                      Amount : INR 2160
                      They are saying that it is not possible to transfer the money from wallet to bank account which is very disappointing...

                      I ordered a few pair of body care through nykaa fashion app and got delivered on 29 October, I received an empty box and on contacting customer care several times and emailing them the same they denied to provide me with refund mentioning check at your end product must be received. The customer care denied to send me the products again I told them I don’t want refund send me the products but they denied the same and said the product got dispatched from there end I asked them to provide me with certain information that they have sent me the product but they denied for that also and after contacting for one month my query was not resolved
                      I kept on Asking the customer care to connect the call to senior executives they hang up the call. Some of the executives told me that I will get a callback but I didn’t get any . Order Id - NYK[protected]

                        I have ordered a product on 10.10.2023 order id IDNYK[protected]-1.I have talked to the customer help line number 2-3 times, and I was assured it was to be delivered within 24-72 hours but everytime the shipment is getting delayed.According to the last update it was to be delivered on 28.10.23.that date too passed but I didn't get my product.

                          I placed an order with several products out of which one product delivered on 31 August was wrong. The same day I raised a return request but it was declined, and I raised a return request four times but every time declined for no reason. I even called and had chats with their team but the team was highly incompetent as every time I had to start explaining the issue from the beginning and this was done nearly 10 times. Till date 19 october, the wrong product which was picked by the field executive is still with him only.. I also provided his number to the nykaa team but no action. and I got no refund. I just want my refund.

                            I submitted a complaint on 10th October 2023 along with a follow up email on 12-Oct-23 regarding an issue with my recent order. Unfortunately, I have not received any response or resolution to my complaint thus far.

                            To recap, my complaint pertains to an order I placed for four products from HK Vitals. According to the tracking information, the products have been marked as delivered, but I have not received them. Additionally, I have not received the OTP required for the delivery. The total cost of the order amounts to approximately INR 900.

                            As a valued customer, I am disappointed by the lack of communication and the inconvenience caused by this situation. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, but I am eager to find a prompt resolution to this matter. The loss of the products and the monetary value is a concern for me, and I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible.

                            I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter further and provide an update on the status of my complaint. If necessary, I am open to providing any additional information or documentation that may be required to facilitate a resolution.

                              I went to nyka luxe store at forum South Bangalore mall on 16 sept and purchase one foundation, they show me lighter shade and packed medium one..i complain this on nykaa customer care on same day bt they take time to reply only ..I went to store and asked for refund or exchange bt after arguing they agree that they packed wrong shade bt product is used like 1 drop ..how can someone use 1 drop and it can spill off due to weight or some weight ..it is coming out by touching lightly ..they start arguing and behaving so rudely

                                  Order NYK[protected]. Guys don't buy health supplements from Nykaa. I ordered Beautywise Collagen powder and i received a counterfeit item. The container was half empty and the packaging is a copy of the original. I always buy directly from beautywise website or Kaya skin clinic store. This time I got from Nykaa and it was fake.I have raised a complaint and asked for refund for which there is no reply. Don't eat the powder...
