Spoilt product delivered, refused to arrange pick up

I ordered a foundation of the brand The body shop and received the delivery fee days Back.

Even though the expiry date on the bottle shows November 2024, the product looked completely spoilt. It is either a fake or used product or was not stored properly.

Return request rejected - Defective product

Extremely disappointed with the service. You guys are basically scamming people with your return policies.

I've already submitted a return request and it got rejected. I would like to know on what terms it got rejected. What do you expect me to do with a damaged product?

Immediately I called Nykaa customer service through phone and in email on the same day the product got delivered. Nykaa gave me false promises to help me with this issue. Unauthentic / Fake product received

Very Disappointing experience with NYKAA

Replacement scam

I placed an order on Nykaa on 16 Jan for a total of 11 items which was divided into two shipments. I received a damaged product in that package and requested a replacement for it. Money debited, order not placed & no refund initiated
