Nykaa.com — My return request was rejected even though wrong product size was delivered

I ordered an American Eagle White solid mom jeans for waist 30 on Nykaa Fashion via order ID NYK[protected] on 5th March, 2023 but I got 31 waist size delivered on the 10th March, 2023 and I raised a return request within half an hour of receiving the product on the Nykaa app and uploaded images of the incorrect waist size delivered but my return request was rejected and when I called customer care team, they said an investigation has been started as why wrong size was delivered to you but this is sheer harassment of the customer who has paid for the product and is now waiting for their investigation and is not eligible to have refund or replacement.
