Nykaa.com — Near to Expiry products

This is my order id - NYK[protected] I ordered 4 mac lipstick and highlighter in double gleam (mini diva, mini Russian red, full size stay curious powder matte, full size ruby woo) ₹5895on 14 Feb and received on 17th feb. When I checked those lipstick they were old n will get expired in less than a year(except ruby woo). I even requested them to replace it.. they said they have given me resolution in the past event they will not give any resolution to me now. It’s been long emails going on no body is taking this seriously. These lipstick has a shelf life of 36 months .
But I can use these expensive lipstick hardly a year.
These are 2021 manufactured which means it will get expired in 2024 which is too less.. they have denied to give resolution to me by saying they have given resolution to me in the past. My consumer right has been breached.. my money got wasted plz help.. I want them to replace these product with the latest batch so that I can use these lipsticks.
