I had ordered 3 beauty products from 'nykaa.com' on 3rd july, 2016 and paid rs 649 through hdfc net banking. I cancelled the order as i had ordered a wrong product on 4th july, 2016.
Still the delivery of items was attempted by assigned courier service 'tanvi express' on 6th july, 2016 but i rejected the delivery. Now, even after so many days, i have got no update from nykaa.com about my refund. I myself have to call them every 2 days to ask the details. According to nykaa.com, the order is still with the courier people and they will not initiate any refund until the order reaches back to their warehouse. It is their responsibility to coordinate with the courier people but they are not doing the same. I am not getting any email update even. This is not acceptable at all. I had cancelled the order for a reason and now they have all possible excuses.
