I placed an order for 4 products #[protected] on tracking the shipment it shows in transit since 14th September 2016. It has been way too long ago have not received my products. On calling the customer service they hangup repeatedly and then all they say is they will make it a priority and do nothing. The shipment was sent through wowex courier and I did not get any response from them as well.

    This is 3rd time Nykaa. M seriously very much disappointed. U guys jst freaking me out again & again. I ordered anothr Nyx lipstick it is again in broken condtion. Melted. Dont u knw how to treat ur customer even when i told u before to make sure wht ur sending & check it. Pathetic people. Bad very bad. And this time m with my lipstick & bill. Strictly stop buying guys. They just make u fool. Get the money & forget their duty towards their work. I ordered the last time i made the complain about the last lipstck. Still no response till date. No use of customer care excutives, no, useless people.

      The manufacturing date of the products i received is 2014..after raising complaint the return was scheduled...i continuously mentioned that I am working and is not available at home and requested to let me know when the pick up will be done..got the msg for the pickup so I requested my neighbours to give it to the courier guy but nobody came..its my money and therefore m struggling...i ask one question that it's my money that is why I am struggling you return my money and then arrange the pickup whenever you want but no why will Nykaa do that they got the money and also send the defective product which nobody will use...

        I ordered 3 items and paid rs 613 through my paytm wallet. As soon as the money got deducted, a messaged appeared saying one or more item in your bag has gone out of stock. Then i checked my paytm wallet.. The money had been deducted. And nothing shows up in my orders section in nykaa.Com. Which means no order placed. Kindly fix the issue or refund the amount.
        Worst experience with NykaaFashion. Amount deducted but order not taken

          Dear support

          I had ordered loreal super liner black lacquer under order no[protected].

          The bottle is empty and there is no eye liner solution in bottle.

          I had raised complaint on 7 june 2016. Post which your team had asked me for photos, i had submitted whatever was asked. Later on team asked me whether i need product replacement or refund in my account. I had confirmed that i need refund. After that i have been following up continuously for refund but there is no response. I always get system generated mails but never got the refund.

          Its been more then a month. Request you to please look into this matter as i am really fed up with your service.

          This is not the way customer should be treated.

According to nykaa.com, the order is still with the courier people and they will not initiate any refund until the order reaches back to...

              No update on refund even after 8 days of cancelling the order

              I ordered 6 items from nykaa.com and i got one free makeup pouch.but they divide the order in two parts and i got only 5 items yet.they didn't even ship my 6th product and my free pouch.and also the parcel box have some ants in it i have to put it aside in sun then only i able to open it.

              and this is not all.they delivered me the wrong shade of eyeshadow.i ordered the shade 02 and they delivered the shade 01. my order number is[protected]

                I've ordered many products from nykaa.com, they were good and satisfactory. But recently i ordered lakme 9 to 5 flawless matte complexion compact, almond shade, i've already used this product before which was ordered from same site, hence, when its finished i ordered new one but this time the product was really powdery and didn't give that matte finish, wasn't flawless, even the applicator was kinda cheap, the product is really poor, i felt like its better to apply nothing because even applying the compact my face was oily, spots were the same and caked out with in few minutes after application. This clearly indicated the product is duplicate and this experience creates a second opinion in for buying any other products form this site.

                  I have ordered 9 products and among them received 4 wrong products from nykaa.com.
                  I have emailed them many times but they have not responded.

                  My order number is order #[protected] for which i have already paid rs 4586. This happened on 20/06/2016.

                  1) i have ordered loreal paris casting creme hair color -200 ebony black bigger pack of rs 600 for rs 540
                  But instead they delivered me the smaller package of rs 299 for rs 540 (Wow).

                  Even the invoice is clearly stating the product is rs 299 sold for rs 540.

                  2.) ordered maybelline dream lumi touch concealer-buff
                  Ordered buff shade but instead they delivered me darker ivory shade.


                  3.) ordered revlon color stay liquid eye pen felt tip (Mrp rs 690, sale price rs 621)
                  And they delivered me maybelline baby lips spf 20 lip balm (Mrp rs 150).

                  4.) ordered tony & guy men: 2 in 1 anti-dandruff shampoo & conditioner. (Mrp rs 800, sale price rs 560)
                  And instead they delivered me lakme 9 to 5 crease-less matte (Mrp rs 450)

                  Whenever i call them the customer support tells me to email with the attachments and they will respond in 48hrs, but they are not responding to my email as well.


                  I want the replacement of the 4 cheap products they have delivered me instead of the one's i have ordered for, or i want complete refund of rs 4586.

                    I have received a wrong product from Nykaa.com.
                    I have emailed them many times but they have not responded.

                    My order number is -ORDER #[protected] . This happened on 9/06/2016.

                    i have ordered a Richfeel Brahmi Hair pack worth 550Rs from Nykaa.com
                    instead they delivered me Richfeel Shampoo worth 150rs.

                    The invoice is clearly stating the product is 150rs.

                    When ever i call them the customer support tells me to email with the attachments and they will respond in 48hrs. but they are not responding to my email as well.

                    I want a refund .

                      On 8th n 9th may it was showing on site that free gift with every purchase make on 8th n 9th may.but I have received any free gift from Nykaa on both my orders which I have place on 8th n 9th.on calling care team of Nykaa they are saying we were out of stock n tld me to accept 100 RS coupon code. if they were out of stock then they were fooling customers by showing false promises of free gift.kindly take a strict action against these fraud marketing people.

                            I have contacted the customer care and written to you several times. (Spoken to them 2 times and written to them 4 times) my order delivered to me (Late of course; the site says within 2 days) was incomplete. All the people in the customer care do is blame it all on the warehouse and politely slip away. Only four out of ten items were delivered to me. The items which were not received are as follows-


                            Rimmel lasting finish lipstick

                            Shades: 240 undressed


                            Rimmel glam'eyes day 2 night mascara

                            Shades: 001 black


                            Rimmel eye brow pencil

                            Shades: 004 black brown


                            Organix brazilian keratin flat iron spray


                            Nivea water lily and oil shower gel


                            Free rimmel vinyl gloss voluptuously shiny lip gloss


                            I demand an immediate refund for the products not received. Their website is not responsive at all!!! From the day of delivery i have been trying to register a complaint on their website and it has been saying that there is some problem on this website and to try again later. A total of rs. 1876 has to be refunded to be refunded to my account. The free lip gloss you promised also did not come.

                              Three times nykaa people have delievered me the wrong products. once i order avon's smudge free eye liner and they delievered me the avon's red color lipstick. second time i order a combo pack of barbie lipbalm along with barbie nailpaint .when they delievered me i found that lip balm was not same what i ordered and there was no nailpaint with it. third time i order a combo pack of maybeline eyeliner along with maybeline lipstick and when the product delievered i found the lipstick was not same as it appear on their website there was no branding of maybeline on lipstick.. shame on you for fooling people .

                                I placed an order on Nykaa.com. It consisted of 4 items. I received some of the products on April 1st .

                                The email regarding shipping details for remaining products was sent by April 2nd. Only half of the items ( 2 out of 4) in order number :[protected] have been sent via Delhivery courier. No shipping details about the remaining items.

                                The Delhivery courier tracking page is BLANK on typing the order number : [protected]. This order number was supposed to give tracking details for remaining items.

                                I have sent a complaint on your website twice. But I have not gotten a response yet.Please look into this issue immediately. Also, inform me about the current location of missing items.Also please inform me of the steps you will take if you can't find the rest of my order.

                                However, I have PAID the FULL amount of the order but one of the items seems to be MISSING from the order. It is the Maybelline new York color show party girl nail paint in shade fireworks. With SKU number[protected].

                                  I had ordered some products with Order ID[protected] on 8thy March 2016. That day there was an offer that if I buy Maybaline products costing Rs600 or more a Rs1, 200 kit( Maybelline Insta Glam Spring Summer Kit - Pink) would be delivered as free.

                                  I was able to see that kit in my cart at the time of placing order. The mail that I had received from Nykaa guys also showed that kit in the list of products to be delivered. But when I received this order on 11th March 2016 no kit was present.

                                  I called Nykaa customer care and the person said there was no offer. I asked him if there was no such offer how can that be on their site and how can i see that in my cart as well as mail delivered by you guys.

                                  I wrote a mail to Nykaa regarding the issue, (which they say to reply with in 24 hrs) but no reply from them.

                                  I again called their customer care but the person said that there was an offer but they will not deliver the kit. When asked why they said the company has a right to revoke any offer any time. Irrespective of if I placed correct order and have all proof in mails for the products to deliver still cant ask for what was there in offer and my received mails.


                                  I am attaching the mail that I received from NYKAA showing that kit. Even in the messages that I received that the kit is pending to dispatch.

                                  If there was no offer how the offer was on nykaa's site? How the offer showed in my cart and in received mails? If there was a technical limits exceeded users should not have received that product in mails and carts. Is this simple check was too tough to apply.

                                  Can't Nykaa as a big brand cannot withstand by its words and deliver the customer what it promised? Don't a brand like Nykaa to be true to its offers and its customers trust.

                                    Nykaa is the worst shopping site I have came across. Don't ever purchase anything from their site. I ordered a lakme cosmetics kit in which out of 4 items 3 are expired. I repeatedly placed refund request but no response.

                                      I ordered lakme cosmetics kit. I received order on 4-3-2016. When I opened it lip gloss was dried and when i checked expiry date it was already expired in feb 2016.
                                      Then I checked other products as well, cc cream and kajal are about to expire in september. I placed a request for refund 4 times but not getting any response.
                                      They asked me for snapshot of the products I provided that but still no response from them. I again placed a refund request still no response. Their support number is also out of service.
