[Resolved] Nykaa.com — Order didnot get placed but money was deducted | |||
I have order some cosmetics from nykaa on 14 th Feb. I paid through my Mobikwik wallet as some cash back offer was there. My money was deducted from wallet and the cash back also. What the hell happened was the order did not get placed. Now I am trying to contact the nykaa customer care but they are the worst ever, not picking up the phone.I am not able to get my money back..
