Hi Nykaa Team,
I am writing this email to your team after being extremely disappointed in your service towards a customer.
On 15th January, 2021 I ordered a total 15 items from Nykaa. Nykaa has offered me a Prive Birthday gift. So that was also included into that package. This order was divided into two shipments by Nykaa. One has 3 products and the other one has 12 products.
On 18th January I received a message that products are out for delivery. But the delivery agent from BlueDart courier didn't come to my place to deliver this. He called me in the evening and told me that it's too late and he will be delivering the parcel the next day.
On 19th January the delivery agent came to my place and delivered me only one parcel which has only 3 products.
He didn't give me any information about the other parcel which has other 12items. In the evening I saw the status in my Nykaa app that I'm unlocatable.
I don't know how it is possible. Same order with two shipments. One is delivered properly and the other one is unlocatable.
After that I called several times to Nykaa Customer Care. They didn't give me any solution regarding this.
