I had placed an order with NYKAA with an old address where I do not reside anymore, after realising this I tried changing the address but the order showed that it was shipped which meant that you cannot change the address (according to NYKAAS policies). So I did not change the address realising that the product would be left undeliverd NOTE: According to the policy of Nykaa an undelivered product is sent back and the process of refund starts. But to my surprise it showed that the product had been delivered, after raising a complaint regarding this they sent me a mail with the Proof of Identity which obviously I did not recognize because the product was not accepted by anyone. After this I get a call from a delivery person apparently Nykaas delivery partner saying mam please take the product as we could not deliver it last time, as I am no longer residing in that city I asked them to take it back so that my refund could be initiated, to which the delivery person refused.
I was utterly shocked by this, while on the part of NYKAA they are sending me mails asking for feedback for a complaint that has not been resolved. If my refund does not get initiated, I am going to press charges against NYKAA for negligence.
The unprofessionalism on the part of the delivery person who downright refused to take the product back is unacceptable and unprofessional. NYKAA should take cognizance of this and hold the delivery person accountable or I will have to press charges.
