Very bad quality experience with all the cosmetic products ordered from nykaa. No doubt all products were duplicate and really harmful to the hair and skin. Lost all my money for the ordered products. No more ordering from nykaa at all.

    I bought a Gucci perfume from Nykaa on 12 Feb when the offer was running 1500/- off on Gucci perfumes. So the coat of the product Gucci guilty intense EDP (50ml) was 7400/- so she got a discount of 1500+89(nykaa points) . But to our surprise after the product was out of stock the price written was 6100/- for the same product. So the discount was of 200 rupees.When we asked the customer care they say they have the authority to change and play with the MRP price of the products. Like seriously? You can't charge a Product more than its MRP price. You can sell it below the MRP but not more than that.

        I ordered a lipstick for Rs 500; The color of the lipstick didn't match w so I placed a return and refund ; liptick was returned the next day but I haven't received any refund; everytime I mail or help for assistant they they -refund has been initiated from our end on 30/12/2020.

        But it is not reflecting in my account.

          The online company www.nykaa.com, advertised falsely on their website to shop for 5000 INR and hence get a certain membership with multiple benefits for 365 days.

          I did the same, after which they informed I will get membership within 45 days. After 45 days they said the amount is exceeded to 7500 INR, since My purchase was above 7500 INR, they promised me to get back within 30 days, since they are updating the membership program.

          After 30 days they ask me to take compensation vouchers of 500 INR, which I have to use to shop more on their website.

          When I deny, they ask me to wait for 72 hours more, after I suggest they can take back the products and refund amount, they lay their conditions of products being sealed etc.

          My concern is they won't refund the amount and take away the products as well.

          I wish to sue the company over charges of false advertising etc

            I trust nyka eyeshadow for the first time. And seriously my upper eyed lid is swallowed and red i have pain on the area i applied the eyeshadow.               Received a call from someone today who claimed to be working at Nykaa. They informed me that I won the first prize in a lucky draw as a part of their anniversary celebrations. They knew where I resided as well as my ENTIRE order. They told me to choose between a Maruti car or ₹7.5 lakhs. I knew it was a scam from the very beginning but its scary how this information has been leaked through Nykaa. Please look into it!

                I have placed order with nykaa . Order no. NYK[protected] . The products are missing from the order but they are saying they have dispatched the products. They're clearly lying . I want them to refund my money for the products I haven't received.

                    I canceled two orders from nykaa worth Rs 620. they said they will refund the amount by 5/12/2020 but till now i have not receive any refund in my account. They only say contact your bank. On contacting bank they are saying no refund has been issued by nykaa and are saying to contact nykaa as it is their fault to check whether customer has received the refund or not. On calling nykaa they are not helping in any way. Please look into this matter and refund my hard earned money as soon as possible

                        I had placed an order with Nykaa on November 26 (photos attached). I was supposed to get free Forest essentials body care kit along with my order. But they sent a small litchi sachet instead. When I complained the same with Nykaa, their customer care also sent a reply to that email specifying that I will be receiving the free Forest essentials body care kit. But I have attached the photos of the dispatched items list email and photos of the items I received for my placed order. Free forest essentials body care kit is still missing from my order.

                          I have facing this issue for so long. A number of mails and complaint letters still didn't get any resolution . I got a call for pickup but they were expecting me to return the products which i haven't received as I received the wrong products Philips Straightner and some pencil instead of what i orderd Bronson Facial Scrubber and Facial razors. I want refund of my products as soon as possible.

                            My order didn’t get delivered .. I placed it on 22 nov and after 2 days the status got changed to shipment returned . When I called nykaa, they said due to some logistic issue they can not deliver the products and I will get my refund within 48 hrs . Till now the status is still same and I didn’t get any update/mail/ refund from nykaa.

                              I have ordered 8 products on 26th November, 2020. One offer was applied to one of the ordered products, so totally 9 products should be delivered. I received my parcel on 30th November, 2020, but there was only 7 products. 2 of the ordered products were missing. This is my order ID NYK[protected]. I have requested for refund for the 2 missed products. But still the request haven't got approved. I have attached the invoice along with this complaint. Please resolve this issue and refund the money.

                                I bought Mond'Sub Gold Collagen eye mask from Nykaa but got something that has a small printed label that said Mond'Sub. It has no company details, manufacturing date or expiry date, no address. Just a small, simple label which has space to write mondsub. Highly disappointing as I thought atleast nykaa provides original products but it doesn't.

                                      I was supposed to receive my orders on 17th november 2020. However, instead of rescheduling the delivery everyday, the delivery attempt was not made and it was marked that the customer did not receive the IVR call. The customer service executives are idle also. They are not responding to the complain and not trying to deliver the products. I want the products or refund as soon as possible.
