I have placed order with nykaa . Order no. NYK[protected] . The products are missing from the order but they are saying they have dispatched the products. They're clearly lying . I want them to refund my money for the products I haven't received.

    Product has a low battery life... I have hardly used it and the battery goes down... Now the product isn't even starting... I had just purchased it on 19th Nov 2020

      I canceled two orders from nykaa worth Rs 620. they said they will refund the amount by 5/12/2020 but till now i have not receive any refund in my account. They only say contact your bank. On contacting bank they are saying no refund has been issued by nykaa and are saying to contact nykaa as it is their fault to check whether customer has received the refund or not. On calling nykaa they are not helping in any way. Please look into this matter and refund my hard earned money as soon as possible

        I had placed online order and i have received the same. I have made the four times (one time by cash and three times online). I called call center and asked for refund for three online payments. As of now i have received one online repayment.
        12 days has been passed still i have not get my remaining two transaction money.

          I had placed an order with Nykaa on November 26 (photos attached). I was supposed to get free Forest essentials body care kit along with my order. But they sent a small litchi sachet instead. When I complained the same with Nykaa, their customer care also sent a reply to that email specifying that I will be receiving the free Forest essentials body care kit. But I have attached the photos of the dispatched items list email and photos of the items I received for my placed order. Free forest essentials body care kit is still missing from my order.

            I have facing this issue for so long. A number of mails and complaint letters still didn't get any resolution . I got a call for pickup but they were expecting me to return the products which i haven't received as I received the wrong products Philips Straightner and some pencil instead of what i orderd Bronson Facial Scrubber and Facial razors. I want refund of my products as soon as possible.

              My order didn’t get delivered .. I placed it on 22 nov and after 2 days the status got changed to shipment returned . When I called nykaa, they said due to some logistic issue they can not deliver the products and I will get my refund within 48 hrs . Till now the status is still same and I didn’t get any update/mail/ refund from nykaa.

                I have ordered 8 products on 26th November, 2020. One offer was applied to one of the ordered products, so totally 9 products should be delivered. I received my parcel on 30th November, 2020, but there was only 7 products. 2 of the ordered products were missing. This is my order ID NYK[protected]. I have requested for refund for the 2 missed products. But still the request haven't got approved. I have attached the invoice along with this complaint. Please resolve this issue and refund the money.

                  I bought Mond'Sub Gold Collagen eye mask from Nykaa but got something that has a small printed label that said Mond'Sub. It has no company details, manufacturing date or expiry date, no address. Just a small, simple label which has space to write mondsub. Highly disappointing as I thought atleast nykaa provides original products but it doesn't.

                    During pink Friday sale, There was an Buy 1 get 1 offer on Faces Canada, and I have selected 2 lipsticks from that offer only. However, after making the payment, I saw I was charged for both the lipsticks. I surely remember, the offer was applicable when I added the products in cart.

                        I was supposed to receive my orders on 17th november 2020. However, instead of rescheduling the delivery everyday, the delivery attempt was not made and it was marked that the customer did not receive the IVR call. The customer service executives are idle also. They are not responding to the complain and not trying to deliver the products. I want the products or refund as soon as possible.

                          I purchased this Nykaa gift card of 5000 INR. I have used approx half of the amount. When I tried using remaining 2500, I got an error(attached below).
                          I tried contacting their customer support by chatting, emailing and calling them.
                          After 35 emails and several calls also my issue didn’t get resolved. I asked them to refund my money but they didn’t bother to listen. Every time they sent same copy pasted email that concern has been forwarded to relevant team.
                          No team is working on it and they are waiting that customer will get exhausted and stop asking for his/her money.
                          Their support is rude to next level that they disconnect the call while you explain the issue.

                          Kindly help with this.

                            They first cancelled the order without confirming with me . They deducted the money and I have still not received refund . Saying issue with PayPal. The worse experience till date . I think it the worst shopping website for international shoppers
                            I have raised more than 15 complaints till date half the time they do not respond or have the same cut copy paste msg

                              I had placed an order with NYKAA with an old address where I do not reside anymore, after realising this I tried changing the address but the order showed that it was shipped which meant that you cannot change the address (according to NYKAAS policies). So I did not change the address realising that the product would be left undeliverd NOTE: According to the policy of Nykaa an undelivered product is sent back and the process of refund starts. But to my surprise it showed that the product had been delivered, after raising a complaint regarding this they sent me a mail with the Proof of Identity which obviously I did not recognize because the product was not accepted by anyone. After this I get a call from a delivery person apparently Nykaas delivery partner saying mam please take the product as we could not deliver it last time, as I am no longer residing in that city I asked them to take it back so that my refund could be initiated, to which the delivery person refused.
                              I was utterly shocked by this, while on the part of NYKAA they are sending me mails asking for feedback for a complaint that has not been resolved. If my refund does not get initiated, I am going to press charges against NYKAA for negligence.
                              The unprofessionalism on the part of the delivery person who downright refused to take the product back is unacceptable and unprofessional. NYKAA should take cognizance of this and hold the delivery person accountable or I will have to press charges.

                                  I ordered more than 40 items from Nykaa.. as per their website they promote saying easy return policy.. few of the products which i got were not at all worth the amount i paid for it so i wanted to return it completely packed without removing tags or anything.. but still they rejected my return request and when i called their customer care they also spoke so harshly and were not even listening to me...

                                    I bought a dress from nykka. It's fabric is poor and it does not fit well. I've requested for return but they have not given me approval yet. It's been more than 3 days. They say that I'll get approval in less than no time. But they are terrible with their after sales service. I need my money back.

                                      When we return a product to other online companies, they notify us about each step and keep us updated...even if refund takes late...it's always good to keep your consumers informed about it. Its our hard earned money, we would really like to know the status!I know it's business...but it's always good to update and upgrade your communication with costumers...we are in era of free mail and free messages!please use it!Regards

                                        I placed a order from nykaa on 6th Oct with order id

                                        Expected delivery date was 12th October...I contacted nykaa customer care and dey said it will reach soon and dey said Delhivery person didn't picked d order yet..
                                        But when I contacted Delhivery courier (AWB num[protected] service team dey said that nykaa itself has not physically handed over the shipment to the courier team yet.. both r blaming one another..
                                        it's been almost 10 days Nd I m hearing that nykaa has not handed over the shipment to the courier team yet??? Literally tired of hearing all dese lies from ur end..
                                        What's going on?? Where is my parcel...???
                                        Solve d issue at d earliest or else I wil definitely complain in CONSUMER Forum..
