[Resolved]  Nykaa.com — Order not being delivered

I placed order on the Nykaa app for 3 products on 11th October, 2021.
I received only 1 item till date. The others were delayed due to Durga Puja. But after the puja it's been 5 days that I'm being harrased by the customer support of Nykaa and the Ecom Delivery service. I get messages everyday that the product is out for delivery but no one calls me or shows up to my residence. The customer support has been telling the same thing on repeat for last 4 days that they have put this delivery on priority and it will be delivered within 24-48 hours but no action has been taken and it's the same thing repeating day after day. I need the parcel immediately. I even asked for a cancellation but the Nykaa support said to allow then 48 hours. Yet nothing happened and yesterday there was a ofd lock on my parcel.
