Nykaa.com — paid the amount product not received | |
I have ordered from nykaa on 27 feb.in nykaa app on 03 march 2019 it's showing already product delivered but i have not received my product till for which i have already paid rs1046. So many times i have complain to nykaa customer care but they are not providing the right solution and not ready to refund my money only they are giving only the excuses like wait for this many hours. They have sended me one proof of delivery but in that one sign is there but that was not mine. I have already replied that signature was not mine and i have not received my product. I have also received any call from the delivery agents on that day of delivery. Nykaa customer service persons are replying me that as product already cleared at their and delivery agents having confirmation that product already delivered so they can't give any solutions Kindly solve at earliest.
