Nykaa.com — quality issue, face products.

Dear Nyakka,

I have ordered 4 Products, order #NYK[protected]. But, delivered products are not genuine/authentic.
As same Lakme products, using by me more than 2 years, I have previously purchased from Lakme store and health & Glow Mumbai.

This is my first experience with Nyakka, and not happy with Quality. Also, If you wish please send your quality person, I will show him the difference between the products.

So, request you to please refund the amount. If have any question, Please contact me below number.
