Nykaa.com — Received expired cosmetics | |||||
I ordered lakme cosmetics kit. I received order on 4-3-2016. When I opened it lip gloss was dried and when i checked expiry date it was already expired in feb 2016. Then I checked other products as well, cc cream and kajal are about to expire in september. I placed a request for refund 4 times but not getting any response. They asked me for snapshot of the products I provided that but still no response from them. I again placed a refund request still no response. Their support number is also out of service.
