Nykaa.com — Received wrong product and not getting refund or replacement

Dear sir/ma’am
I had placed an order on Nykaa on the 23rd of July for a Carolina Herrera perfume which costs around 5813/- rs, and instead of receiving the “perfume”I received two L’Oréal products which is a shampoo and conditioner.
And from past 3 days I am calling them and requesting them to resolve my issue and make a refund or replace my product and give me the product which I had ordered for, but yet I got no solution or words there end and my phone number also been blocked by there end.
It’s a request pls help me, to get my money back, as every single person has hard earned money, and I am college going student.
Pls help me!!!

My issue with Nykaa is yet not resolved, pls help me
My number is still block by there end, when I called yesterday from a different number they are saying it will take more time and have to wait
And few mins of my call, I checked Nykaa app to see the status of replacement it showed replacement request has been rejected.
