Totally disappointed. I received wrong product and then made return request on same day of delivery but they rejected my request and in email they are mixing me up for another customer. I want my refund.

Disappointed with your service. My order no NYK[protected].I ordered peach shade but aftr testing it show pink in shade and even very old manufacturing date soon aftr a year going to expired.After chatting and calling they are talking about their policies that u had opened the product but tell me one thing without opening how could i knew how the product is. Even the shop seller give the permission to test. Very worst app n disappointed with this online shopping frm Nyka
