When i complained about the damaged product and requested for return pick up. The company declined the return without any reason and when called in return on that issue they say its too late for the return..

These kind of issues are always happening with this company.

The company customer care number is :[protected] and the app that they built takes too much notification space and app is compulsory to place order.

Products has been returned without informing the reason.if nykka delivery partner bluedart is not serviceable at my location then why they accepted my order for that location bcoz of this I suffered a lot.please raise my complaint against nykka.

    duplicate product received from nykaa denying to return the product

    Hi team,
    I have ordered 9 cosmetics product from nykaa website. Out of 9 i have requested 7 products initiated all are branded but i have received duplicate product. I have an issue for authentication of product because they are pasted sticker on their packaging. And also different color and packing of the product. Many times i have requested to return the product as i have spend 3647 on this order. Kindly resolve my issue and help...

    I have received my order item on 4th jan, 2020 but product quality was so chip and worthless. So i want to apply return and get refund for the same

    If customer not satisfied about the product. So they want to be applying return. But your online application portal showing like that doesn't applying return. If i can not use it so why i can't applying return. This is very ridiculous system in nykaa.

    I am very disappointing about your policy. Please get me refund for my money back. It's a cheated from customers.

    4 items from my order are missing and it's been paid for. The stupid team is not doing anything about it.
    it's been more than a week.
    The customer care keeps telling me 2-3 days more and stuff like that but NOTHING is being done. No replacement nor refund.

      I got bronson professional 5 in1 face massagers on 29dec after 1 use its not working. I called nykaa costumer care they are like its not there responsiblity and assured to me send the email and contact number bronson consumer team. But there is no mail or message from there side yet. I want refund of this or replacement.

      I read lot of complaints regarding bronson products. I guess your sales team should stop selling there product if they are giving default products to us.

      Please resolve my issue as soon as possible.
      I ordered 2 weeks before n I pay the money through g pay transaction. But the order not delivered. Msg me the transaction was failed. This n not a good service.

        Hi, i had purchased a hair straighter from this website and received a very old dusty and opened product. when i wanted it sent back. they did not take responsibility for it. instead washed off their hands giving me the number of the distributor.

        Not only are they cheating by not sending brand new products. they are also making sure that you cant return it.

          Concerned Order ID #NYK[protected]
          I have ordered one blackhead detector cum remover device and gatsby wax on 17th September 2019. Received the package on 20th September. After unboxing the same, found only Gatsby Wax, theres no Blackhead removal device, got the device brand box with few nozzles and a USB cable. Immediately reported the same via Nykaa app, received one system autogenerated ticket #5346370. They requested me to share brand box images and outer packaging images. Till the date shared the same over 15 times. No one reverted back. This is the most horrible customer support ever I seen in my life, somehow I felt my money is gone. But still raising the issue, and just want to reveal the support section responsibility of this company to general public who is thinking to buy from Nykaa. Dont rush for great deals, alaways do check customer service reviews here before placing order on Nykaa. Nice way they looted me. Its utter disappoiting to see, this year comes to an end, still I haven't received any response since last 23rd September.

          This is to inform you that the complaint about missing part was raised on 22/09/2019. Since it was an electronic product, we would like to inform that electronic/personal care appliances are covered under manufacturer warranty and therefore is not eligible for returns or replacements by Nykaa. However, in the case of a damaged/defective product, you are eligible to an exchange directly by the brand. On 23/09/2019, we had sent a mail requesting the snapshot of the delivered parts of the product so that we could raise the complaint to the brand on behalf of you. However, we have not received any revert across the email. For more details, please refer the ticket number #5346370.

            I ordered some product from nykaa on thursday 19th dec, 2019. Bag arrived at destination on dec 20 (Wow express) and same day it was out for delivery but its not delivered as delivery guy said i am not available. I did't get any call from this delivery person on dec 20.
            However i asked for reattempt but the same thing happen on very next day. I asked for reattempt for dec 23 but the bag was out for delivery on dec 22 and it failed again. This time delivery person (Wow express) said i refused to take the bag (Which was not true as i didn't had any word with this person.) i asked to reattempt again. From that day bag used to be out for delivery but never arrived at my place. This delivery person from wow express never try to arrived at my place.

              I ordered a product from nykaa.com on 29 nov. 2019. But the product got delayed. When i enquired they told me that my address is under not delivery area, which was not an issue at the time of placing order. Also i told them that i am a regular customer of nykaa and get my orders before also. So they said they will reschedule the delivery. But no use. I didn't received my order. I complained it three time but every time they have same reply of rescheduling the delivery. One day i got a call from their delivery partner. The guy told me that product is with them and i need to pay extra charge to get my order, on which i said i won't give any extra charge and they should talk to nykaa. I called nykaa and told them the whole thing. They again said that i will get my order without paying any extra charge. But since then days has been passed and my order is still undelivered. Please help me regarding this. They guys wasted my time and keep on stalling me and also want me to pay extra money.
              Nykaa’s service quality is declining day by day, it takes too much time in order to process the orders, further their customer care also jst says tht u have to wait only.. Highly disappointed

              I had purchased estee lauder cream from nykaa a month back for my father and he has been using it since then but there’s no noticeable difference on his face, it smells super weird and the texture is not how it is supposed to be. I had a chat with a Nykaa executive today and he denied the return and refund.

                I placed an order on 13th dec from nykaa app... It was a prepaid order... On 15th dec while checking d status of d order it was found that the product returned to shipper nd warehouse. They didn't even bother to inform me abt d same... When i called customer executive ppls, dey didn't responding properly nd i heard them laughing for nothing... Dey r so unprofessional... I paid already for d order and without my concern my order has been returned to seller..??? When i asked for the refund dey said it has already been reached warehouse nd i wil get it within 24 hrs.. But i didn't get refund.. I called them again but of no use... Dey r not responding properly.. Till now i didn't get my money back... Kindly take strict action against nykaa and help me in getting d refund back from them. Thanx

                  I have ordered certain things from nykaa on 30 nov 2018 on sale and i got a very good discount on it.. 2 of the 16 products got delivered and rest of the items they rejected delivering everyday without even attempting it and i used to regularly call them please escalate it and do not cancel it i need those products and raisr my complaint and they have the worst customer care no one helped and now its my wedding day and they are saying we have cancelled you order please place a new order again with thr original price is this the new way to save your money.. Totally worthless fake company really disappointed by the service and customer service.

                    Applied for return of my product on 6th decemeber, 2019. At first they were not approving my return after so many requests and continue messages they approved on 13th december, 2019 and after approving return. The product has been picked on 15th december, 2019 at 11.00 am by shankar kadam with delhivery no awb[protected] and after that i got text message in evening that the return has been cancelled but the return was already picked by shankar kadam in the morning at 11and the status is showing that the product has not been picked up i also called multiple times to that delivery boy shankar kadam (Contact no [protected])
                    But the delivery boy is not picking my calls.

                    I suggest never ever purchased from this site.
                    Right now nor i have product in my hand nor have my. Cash back

                    It has bern 10 days since I have placed a refund request. Initially the return was not being processed and later delivery partner refused to take package claiming he is over burden and will collect it in day end. It has been 4 days since delivery partner last contacted me

                        Totally disappointed with the service. This is for my order number nyk[protected], i have bought a m. A. C lipstick for my wife. However, you have delivered a different product then what is shown in the order description image. I have initiated the return request immediately on the day of delivery without using the product. I have the tag, invoice, everything with me, still you guys have rejected my return twice without describing any...

                        So i had placed an order with this nykaa app on 31st november 2019 and my item was supposed to be delivered max by 4th dec 2019. I had ordered 2200 worth of gift items for an occasion along with other items. Total value around 4k.
                        On 3rd dec, my items were out for delivery according to tracking updates on the app but later that day my tracking information was updated and according to the new information, there was some issue with the courier handel and so items will take longer to be delivered.
                        Finally my items arrived on 9th dec. But the occasion for which i ordered the gift items was already over. Also apart from these gift items, i ordered some more items and out of that one lipstick was missing.
                        I tried raising complaint first by using their chat service in app but believe me this service is too pathetic. The representative will waste your valuable time and won't even read your queries properly and will take a lot of time to respond. Then i tried calling their help desk numbers and they are also pathetic like their chat service. Their customer service number always has lots of disturbance and background noise. Many times i had to drop call in between due to these disturbance. Even after repeated calls, emails, it's been a week now, but i haven't got any update on my queries.in the app i can see, my return request is waiting for approval. I have still no update about my missing items.
                        Overall i lost almost 3000 rupees because of this stupid app. Their customer service sucks and they do not care about their customer.
                        I used to be a prive member and now i suggest to everyone use app like amazon and myntra who really care about their customer. Nykaa

                          I ordered for bronson professional 2 in 1 combo hair straightener + hair curler which was delivered to me on 6th dec. When i checked the product the packing in itself clarified that they are selling a local product and a sticker of bronson was sticked on the packing. The website of nykaa shows this product under the brand bronson but when i received the product i was very disappointed with a local product being sent to me. I opened the box and no where on the product also the name of brand bronson was mentioned. So the first deceit they did was selling local product under a brand name on their website. I immediately on the very same day (6th dec) requested for refund of the product. On the product description it is clearly mentioned about the easy return and refund policy. These people do not even have realistic drop down menus to give reason for refund. For 4 days nykaa did not bother to reply to my concern. On 10th dec nykaa emails me that the refund request is not accepted with the reasons which do not apply to me at all. I requested for refund the same day, i did not the product, it was not a personal care appliance that any hygiene issue comes up, anyway it is a hair styling took and i haven't used it even. Also there is no one who came to pick the product so where does the original packing thing came up which they mentioned on email. They reasons for not initiating return and refund were baseless. After that i emailed them 3 more times but nykaa is not bothered to reply back to the irated customer. Nykaa is not even bothered to service the customer for sales, forget about their after sales service. Worst online service provider nykaa is. There are other online shopping websites which are doing so good. Nykaa doesn't even call the customer and emails that the customer support executive contacted and asks to rate them. This is so bad on nykaa. I need refund of my amount because you are making fool of a customer, showcasing product on your website which looks branded but when the customer receives the product it is actually a local product. Moreover, rather than speaking to the customer about the concerns you put standard pointers on email and close the ticket and after that you are lost and do not even bother to call your customer or reply on email to the customer. Why will a customer come back to nykaa if this is the way their after sales service works. Please refund my money. Product is hair straightner and hair curler and product number is nyk[protected]

On the website, in product description, it is clearly mentioned that "This product is non-returnable. 1-month warranty from the date of purchase. In case of a warranty issue, please reach out to customercare.[protected]@gmail.com. Personal care products have varied results depending on hair/skin types and usage. Nykaa or the brand does not take any responsibility if the desired results are not obtained."

                          However, in the case of a defective product, the customer is eligible for an exchange/repair directly from the brand.

                          Also, we have easy return policy for unused/sealed products within 5 business days of the delivery.

                            I have made an order from nykaa.com dated 01 dec 2019 and immediately made a request for the refund for my order with nykaa.com, they have generated a ticket number #6187799 stating the item shall be refunded within two days, from 02 dec 2019 i have been following up on the nykaa app regarding the status for my return and refund. Till date i have not received any update or call from any of the executives of nykaa.com over my return of the items, also to inform you that the item i have ordered was a return able item.
                            I would like to aware everybody not to order anything from nykaa.com there team does not responds to items for return and refund.

                              I am really disappointed with nykaa poor service n i order my products 2 weeks back n twice it came delivery failed when no one called or tried reaching my number how can they tel the courier person failed to delivery n 2 days back i called nykaa customer num he told he will slot 13th dec he ll get it delivered my products n today is 15th stil i didn't get my products.

                                received one damaged and one wrong product

                                On 19 november i ordered huda beauty palette
                                And i received a wrong product with my name same amount and address so i took it when i opened it there were specks in side it so i called nykaa the arranged a pick up after that i never got the right product back not any refund.                                 I have ordered 4 product all are unsealed one product is literally used one
                                I am complaining since 4 days no feedback from the nakaa customer service. Even i have registered complaint via mail
                                I wasted my money time almost 4 day's overdue i complaint on the day of products received. M calling customer care daily they are ignoring the issue. It's there fault they delivered used and usealed product they should solve the issue atleast within 48 hrs

                                  The above mentioned product arrived in completely damaged condition, for which i had raised a complaint and return request was approved by nykaa.

                                  Post that the product was picked up by shadowfox agent who did not provide any acknowledgement inspite on specifically asking for an acknowledgement copy.
                                  I had raised the issue that the pickup agent did not provide any acknowledgment slip with nykaa and was told by the support team that my refund will be processed with 2 days.

                                  Since then i have been following up every single day and my refund is still not processed. They tell me that the return was cancelled hence return cannot be processed. This inspite of the fact the damaged product was already picked up.
