The delivery guy told my daughter who recd delivery and gave the card to swipe, that the transaction had failed. Believing him, the she swiped the card once again. We later realised that both the transactions had gone through and double payment has been charged.
I have been following up with nykaa, have called and sent multiple emails with transaction screen shots as well. But every time, i get an email to rate the response received......
