I ordered for bronson professional 2 in 1 combo hair straightener + hair curler which was delivered to me on 6th dec. When i checked the product the packing in itself clarified that they are selling a local product and a sticker of bronson was sticked on the packing. The website of nykaa shows this product under the brand bronson but when i received the product i was very disappointed with a local product being sent to me. I opened the box and no where on the product also the name of brand bronson was mentioned. So the first deceit they did was selling local product under a brand name on their website. I immediately on the very same day (6th dec) requested for refund of the product. On the product description it is clearly mentioned about the easy return and refund policy. These people do not even have realistic drop down menus to give reason for refund. For 4 days nykaa did not bother to reply to my concern. On 10th dec nykaa emails me that the refund request is not accepted with the reasons which do not apply to me at all. I requested for refund the same day, i did not the product, it was not a personal care appliance that any hygiene issue comes up, anyway it is a hair styling took and i haven't used it even. Also there is no one who came to pick the product so where does the original packing thing came up which they mentioned on email. They reasons for not initiating return and refund were baseless. After that i emailed them 3 more times but nykaa is not bothered to reply back to the irated customer. Nykaa is not even bothered to service the customer for sales, forget about their after sales service. Worst online service provider nykaa is. There are other online shopping websites which are doing so good. Nykaa doesn't even call the customer and emails that the customer support executive contacted and asks to rate them. This is so bad on nykaa. I need refund of my amount because you are making fool of a customer, showcasing product on your website which looks branded but when the customer receives the product it is actually a local product. Moreover, rather than speaking to the customer about the concerns you put standard pointers on email and close the ticket and after that you are lost and do not even bother to call your customer or reply on email to the customer. Why will a customer come back to nykaa if this is the way their after sales service works. Please refund my money. Product is hair straightner and hair curler and product number is nyk[protected]

This is with regard to the product "Bronson Professional Mermaid 2-In-1 Combo Hair Straightener + Hair Curler (Color May Vary)". We sincerely regret that you are not satisfied with the product received from Nykaa.

Please be assured that Nykaa products are genuine and authentic. We do not accept any grey market products and only buy our inventory from the brand or authorized distributors of the brand.

We hereby inform that the electronic/personal care appliances are covered under manufacturer warranty and therefore is not eligible for returns or replacements by Nykaa. On the website, in product description, it is clearly mentioned that "This product is non-returnable. 1-month warranty from the date of purchase. In case of a warranty issue, please reach out to customercare.[protected]@gmail.com. Personal care products have varied results depending on hair/skin types and usage. Nykaa or the brand does not take any responsibility if the desired results are not obtained."

However, in the case of a defective product, the customer is eligible for an exchange/repair directly from the brand.

Also, we have easy return policy for unused/sealed products within 5 business days of the delivery.

    Dear team,
    I have made an order from nykaa.com dated 01 dec 2019 and immediately made a request for the refund for my order with nykaa.com, they have generated a ticket number #6187799 stating the item shall be refunded within two days, from 02 dec 2019 i have been following up on the nykaa app regarding the status for my return and refund. Till date i have not received any update or call from any of the executives of nykaa.com over my return of the items, also to inform you that the item i have ordered was a return able item.
    I would like to aware everybody not to order anything from nykaa.com there team does not responds to items for return and refund.

      I am really disappointed with nykaa poor service n i order my products 2 weeks back n twice it came delivery failed when no one called or tried reaching my number how can they tel the courier person failed to delivery n 2 days back i called nykaa customer num he told he will slot 13th dec he ll get it delivered my products n today is 15th stil i didn't get my products.

        received one damaged and one wrong product

        And i received a wrong product with my name same amount and address so i took it when i opened it there were specks in side it so i called nykaa the arranged a pick up after that i never got the right product back not any refund.         I have ordered 4 product all are unsealed one product is literally used one
        I am complaining since 4 days no feedback from the nakaa customer service. Even i have registered complaint via mail
        I wasted my money time almost 4 day's overdue i complaint on the day of products received. M calling customer care daily they are ignoring the issue. It's there fault they delivered used and usealed product they should solve the issue atleast within 48 hrs

          The above mentioned product arrived in completely damaged condition, for which i had raised a complaint and return request was approved by nykaa.

          Post that the product was picked up by shadowfox agent who did not provide any acknowledgement inspite on specifically asking for an acknowledgement copy.
          I had raised the issue that the pickup agent did not provide any acknowledgment slip with nykaa and was told by the support team that my refund will be processed with 2 days.

          Since then i have been following up every single day and my refund is still not processed. They tell me that the return was cancelled hence return cannot be processed. This inspite of the fact the damaged product was already picked up.

            I have purchased 13 products during offer. After the shipment and offer completed now they are telling me to order fresh products again as the products were damaged. This is pathetic why will i order again as i didn’t cancel the product and the mistake was from their end. This is biggest drama to buy again without offers. The costumer service is also very ridiculous waste our time.

                I had ordered a lipstick and scrub from nykaa and paid for it online. After a few days they said the shipment has been lost in transit and that they are cancelling the order and my money would be refunded. I have continuously been contacting customer care. They keep saying they'll initiate teh refund in 24-48 hrs but no action is being taken. It's been a month now.
                I returned one item and it has been 10-15 days. Haven't refunded the money.

                  I’m getting texts on daily basis that product is undelivered because delivery guy tried to contact me and i didn’t respond but the reality is no one called me.
                  I called like 20 times on customer care number and every day they told me that product is rescheduled for next day!!

                  They are doing nothing to solve this issue. They’re just trying to delay the issue! It’s really frustrating

                  I want a quick response!
                  I had ordered 11 items from nykaa of which only 4 have been delivered but full payment has been done. Also, no one is responding regrading the same and giving a clarity of the delivery. Please look into the matter as soon as possible as I have payed for the missing products as well and I don't want a refund.

                    I had placed an order for 7 items - on december 2nd, 2019. Today is december 9th, and the order status still shows preparing to pack. Chatting with customer support yields nothing but automated replies. All customer support executives just copy paste a particular reply and close the conversation. I have paid for this order through my nykaa wallet. I don't want to cancel this order and lose my discounts. All i want is for my products to be dispatched asap an get this over with.                       One product i return to nykaa and they have to refund me rs.344 they said they refund the amount on 24/10/2019 but till date i have not receive my refund in my account they only says check in your bank i will provide them bank account statement also but they will not help me they repetitively reply check in your bank and charge bank, i contact in my bank they said it is nykaa issue.
                      It is definitely nykaa issue because if they refund it is them responsibility to check the costumer receive or not if not they have check where is payment stuck, i m irritating because bank said contact to nykaa and nykaa said contact to bank in this what can i do and who can help me.
                      I am tired to contact costumer care and getting same answer.

                        I purchased lakme & maybelline products from nykaa app. When i received the products, i found that the products doesn't look genuine. So i immediately raised a return request. It has been 5 days i am following up with their support service but still no action taken on return reqest. Very disappointing experience. No quality in products as well as no quality in support services

                          I ordered an oil free acne wash of neutrogena online and its leaking and is not in a good condition and was not even packed. It is clearly visible that it is an old product which has been delivered and is leaking from the top and sending product without packing is yet another problem. How will i get satisfied that the order is true or a fake product

                              I ordered 3 products on nykaa a week ago and only 2 arrived.
                              I’ve asked for a replacement (Through email, chat and by calling) but didn’t get it.
                              The customer care take too long to reply and never resolve the problem.
                              Every time they ask they same questions but can never resolve the problem.
                              I’ve had problems with my delivery on amazon before but the customer service is great and problems are quickly resolved.
                              I’ve seen so many celebs endorsing nykaa and ads about it
                              If you’re going to plaster the whole internet in ads please at least have decent customer service
                              Finally got fed up and asked for a refund and
                              The customer care said
                              I would get my email conformation in 2 days still haven’t got it. I just want a refund.

                                I placed an order on nykaa for 6 products on 29 november 2019 for six products and only 4 was delivered to me on dec 3 2019. Two products are missing and after raising complaints with nykaa for the same, they say that there's no issue with the products. They have not delivered two of my products and they have charged me for it. Order no: nyk[protected].

                                  This is i guess a fraudulent group work run by nykaa and wowexp simultaneously. Nykaa is saying me that from 4th of december there favourite courier partner wowexpress who is master in running such well coordinated system of duping people are giving me constant reminder at the end of the day that they are not being able to contact me and “ consignee not available/responding
                                  Tollygunge”. Where as amazon, firstcry and myntra where i am a regular client is facing no issues of deliverance of articles at my address and moreover there courier service personnel call me up regularly regarding my availability in home so that they can smoothly deliver my goods. After my repeated calls and email to your executive, all of you have been saying me that within next 24 hrs my article will be delivered for the last four days.
                                  I am extremely upset with the service provided by nykaa and the manner in which i have been duped. The biggest mistake i have made is that i have prepaid the article which i have bought from your highly esteemed organisation.
                                  I’ll register a complain in the consumer forum of india regarding this fraudulence caused by your end and will also take up the issue with our statelevel consumer forum.

                                    I ordered 6 products on 30th of november during the time of pink sale. The amount was deducted by my account. After 4 day days on 4th of november i got the message that my order has been cancelled. When i called customer care regarding this issue. They told me that products were out stock due to heavy sale. If the products were out of stock why you accepted my order and charged me for that? You can't cancel my order after the confirmation. That's not my fault because when i ordered those products they were in stock. I called 3-4 times regarding this, they told me that they'll call me back regarding this but no one called me back. I thought nykaa is a very reliable site but they are fooling customers on the name of sale. If you are unable to handle sale why are you are conducting it? Not even i got the refund it's more than 48 hours now till the time of cancellation.

                                      I have placed an order at nykaa, neither nykaa or bluedard their delivery partner are saying they can't do anything or do not know what exactly happened to my product which i ordered for 5300 rupees. I ordered with urgency and i waited for one whole week to get it delivered and the delivery people kept saying they can't contact me for one week when i have not recieved any contact from neither party. I contact them everyday and they are not doing anything.. I am so helpless i don't know what to do. I need my refund asap.
