Nykaa.com — tried placing order money got deducted but order did not get through | |||
On 14th feb night i tried placing an order through nykaa website. The site was not working properly. But it got through and i filled up my bank details. Money got deducted from my allahabad bank account but no msg regarding order confirmation. Sms attached for your reference Thanks Dr sharmistha majumdar Misumi salon and spa "your a/c xxxxxxx0546 is debited through atm card by rs. 1, 343 total bal :...15/02/2020 — 14/02/20 23:33 - alb" When i contacted nykaa they said money has not come to us. My bank state ment shows money got credited to nykaa. I requested nykaa to refund the money but they said contact your bank. Till today money has not refunded to me.
