Nykaa.com — Unacceptable Return Process and Poor Customer Service by Nykaa

On the 5th of May, I made a purchase of over 35 products from Nykaa, with the expectation that your renowned service and high-quality offerings would enhance my shopping experience. However, circumstances have changed, and I no longer require five products from the total items. Consequently, I promptly raised a return request through the Nykaa app on the 11th of May. To my utter dismay, on the 14th of May, I received an outright rejection of my return request, citing the absence of attached product photos as the reason.

Let me emphasize the absurdity of this situation. The products I received were in impeccable condition, devoid of any damage, defects, or signs of expiration. It is utterly preposterous to expect customers to provide photographs when there are no issues to document. Furthermore, when attempting to initiate the return request through the app, I discovered that the available options in the dropdown menu did not cater to situations where customers no longer require the products due to personal preference.

Frustrated and seeking resolution, I immediately sought assistance from your customer support team through the Nykaa app's chat help facility earlier today, on the 20th of May. Much to my dismay, I was directed to call your helpline at[protected]. Since then, I have endured a series of exasperating conversations with three different customer support advisors named Mr Vineet, Ms Sherin, and Ms Knjim.

No resolution was provided by any customer supper executive, In fact they have been putting the calls on hold for over 15 mins and then disconnecting it.
