I submitted a complaint on 10th October 2023 along with a follow up email on 12-Oct-23 regarding an issue with my recent order. Unfortunately, I have not received any response or resolution to my complaint thus far.

To recap, my complaint pertains to an order I placed for four products from HK Vitals. According to the tracking information, the products have been marked as delivered, but I have not received them. Additionally, I have not received the OTP required for the delivery. The total cost of the order amounts to approximately INR 900.

As a valued customer, I am disappointed by the lack of communication and the inconvenience caused by this situation. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, but I am eager to find a prompt resolution to this matter. The loss of the products and the monetary value is a concern for me, and I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible.

I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter further and provide an update on the status of my complaint. If necessary, I am open to providing any additional information or documentation that may be required to facilitate a resolution.

    I went to nyka luxe store at forum South Bangalore mall on 16 sept and purchase one foundation, they show me lighter shade and packed medium one..i complain this on nykaa customer care on same day bt they take time to reply only ..I went to store and asked for refund or exchange bt after arguing they agree that they packed wrong shade bt product is used like 1 drop ..how can someone use 1 drop and it can spill off due to weight or some weight ..it is coming out by touching lightly ..they start arguing and behaving so rudely

      On the 9th of September 2023, I placed an order with Nykaa (order no.NYK-[protected]) for Cadiveu Anti Frizz Shampoo, O3 Cream, and Vaseline Lotion worth ₹3617. I received the package on 15th of September but it did not contain any of the above products instead they had delivered some mamaearth products worth much less.         Fake counterfeit health supplement delivered

        Order NYK[protected]. Guys don't buy health supplements from Nykaa. I ordered Beautywise Collagen powder and i received a counterfeit item. The container was half empty and the packaging is a copy of the original. I always buy directly from beautywise website or Kaya skin clinic store. This time I got from Nykaa and it was fake.I have raised a complaint and asked for refund for which there is no reply. Don't eat the powder...

          Unacceptable Return Process and Poor Customer Service by Nykaa

          On the 5th of May, I made a purchase of over 35 products from Nykaa, with the expectation that your renowned service and high-quality offerings would enhance my shopping experience.           Hi! I ordered a few products on 6th May. Till now, I have not received the products. No delivery attempt has been made. I have given a new address for delivery but still, no delivery is done. I have been contacting them for the past 4-5 days but in vain. No solution has been provided. I am thoroughly disappointed in the customer care services. I have been contacting through chat, helpline and emails but my products have not been delivered yet.

            Dear Team,

            The product that arrived to me few days ago but one product Faces Canada compact is completely broken. I want to exchange that product but Nykaa app is so slow it was delivered few days ago, the app is still not showing delivered. And there is no return option.
            I have complained about this several times via email and phone calls but no one has been able to resolve the issue. Not showing delivered yet. And if the app doesn't show delivered, I won't get any exchange or refund option. Want to solve this problem asap.

            Please check please resolve this as soon as possible.

              It’s been days since I placed the order. It was supposed to be delivered earlier according to the delivery estimate. It reached the destination yet no attempts of delivery were made. Waited a few days and contacted Nykaa. I was assured of delivery on priority. No attempts were made. The date of delivery kept getting extended day by day. Ended up contacting the delivery partner, delhivery, who informed me of the parcel being untraceable. Reverted back to Nykaa who assured me they’ll track the product down and deliver. No attempts of delivery was made and date got extended again. Contacted supported through every means possible like chat & call and they keep feeding me the same assurance everyday. Asked for a refund in case they are not able to deliver. They said they’ll only refund when the order gets returned to the warehouse and asked me to wait. Been days of waiting and hearing the same thing about the issue being looked up on priority, without any attempts being made, they do not even send me follow up communication. I’m the one having to contact support numerous times now and they are not cooperating at all. Please help!

                Not happy with the delivery, placed an order on[protected], not received the parcel yet. Unsatisfactory experience in shopping with nykaa, you should make sure that delivery should be done according to the commitment.
                Again i have received a message regarding the courier service unable to contact me, but i didn't get any call from any courier service.
                Totally disappointed.

                  Received damaged product

                  I have ordered a Huda beauty pallet. But when i opened the parcel the pallet was a but used. As soon i saw the pallet is used i applied for return.. but today when i saw my retur request was rejected for genuine reason i talked to customer service..they denied to help me.. i have a huge amount I can’t loose my money.. i want my refund.....

                  It has been twice in this week, I had ordered for products. The order was successful and I got a message that the items have been dispatched and will be delivered in 2-3 days. After 2 days i receive a message that the product cannot be delivered.

                  This order was very urgent. please look into the matter.

                      I purchased bio oil from nykaa. I already used 2 bottles, this was my 3rd one. So i know how is the original product. I was late to claim return/refund. When i submit the feedback about duplicacy then they didnt show that feedback on their app. Then i mail at customer care, they just gave copy paste reply that your timeline for return or refund is crossed. Then i said why not you people showing my fedback on your website. They didn't replied back.

                        Return request rejected without any reason

                        This is regarding order no NYK[protected]. I have raised a return request from Nykaa as the products were not as shown on the website. So I have placed a return request. Nykaa has rejected my return request after 4 days. This is sheer fraud. I want to raise a complaint against Nykaa.com . I want my money back it about 8040 rupees...

                        I placed and order with Nykaa on 2nd April 2023. Next day i got an update that it will be delivered on 3rd APR and the order was out for delivery. I waited for an entire day and then called the delivery agent but his phone was not connecting, i tried contacting him thrice but no response. The next morning i got a message that the delivery failed because the agent was not able to contact me, but i never got a call in the first place. Then the next delivery date was pushed to 5th April 2023, after several call and messages to the customer care they are not able to give me an update on where my order is.
                        From Nykaa's side there has been no resolution, no update. When i contact them they say they can not tell where the order is since it's a third party delivery agent. They don't even respond to my query. Everytime I complaint they raise an new ticket and then say the ticket has been raised today the issue has been escalated today, but that has been happening for past 4 days. Same things these people keep on telling me, that the issue has been escalated today to the senior team, and they say this everyday. I am getting no good response from them about where is my order and when it will be delivered.
                        This is my second time bad experience with Nykaa.

                            This is regarding my order no, NYK[protected] from Nykaa Beauty, I cancelled the order on 13Mar23, however my refund has still not been processed,

                            I have been receiving Nykaa system generated calls to cancel my order everyday since 13Mar23 even after I selected response to cancel the order.

                            As per the app and customer service, once the items reach warehouse, refund will be processed, however the order has not yet been returned to warehouse since 13Mar23, The order status keeps on reflecting as out for delivery all of a sudden.

                            When we place a new order it hardly takes 1-2 days to deliver the order in metro’s, however when it’s about return it’s been more than a week and order hasn’t reached back to warehouse yet. It’s so disappointing.

                            This issue has been escalated several times to customer service, however they advice to wait and assure that refund will be processed, But still no action,

                            I have been told by customer service that my issue has been escalated further to concerned team and a ticket was opened for this issue,

                            However when I checked the status of ticket in app, it has been closed, despite the fact that issue is still un resolved.

                            Would also request to look into this issue as it impacts customer trust, and we think twice to place an order.

                              I have ordered 7 items from Nykaa App worth of RS 2024.97 (pre-paid order) on 25th Feb 2023, its been 20 days they have not delivered my parcel.

                              I have raise several concerns and wrote emails for support but no help given.

                              1. we have no option to cancel the products from consumers end.
                              2. after requesting several times they did not even provide the number of delivery agent.
                              3. we cant reach to them via tele-if we raise concern after that wait for their call, and they did not respond for 48 hours in my case.
                              4. provided no solution via email.
                              5. without my consent they have cancelled the order. i have just received notification.
                              6. no attempt made to contact me or to convey the status of my ordered parcel.

                              I request for my ordered items deliver to me and provide me with fair compensation for waiting 20 days with no authority over a paid order which was neither delivered nor giving option to cancel and ask for refund. this is unethical practice and leaving consumer helpless.
