    This is regarding my order no, NYK[protected] from Nykaa Beauty, I cancelled the order on 13Mar23, however my refund has still not been processed,

    I have been receiving Nykaa system generated calls to cancel my order everyday since 13Mar23 even after I selected response to cancel the order.

    As per the app and customer service, once the items reach warehouse, refund will be processed, however the order has not yet been returned to warehouse since 13Mar23, The order status keeps on reflecting as out for delivery all of a sudden.

    When we place a new order it hardly takes 1-2 days to deliver the order in metro’s, however when it’s about return it’s been more than a week and order hasn’t reached back to warehouse yet. It’s so disappointing.

    This issue has been escalated several times to customer service, however they advice to wait and assure that refund will be processed, But still no action,

    I have been told by customer service that my issue has been escalated further to concerned team and a ticket was opened for this issue,

    However when I checked the status of ticket in app, it has been closed, despite the fact that issue is still un resolved.

    Request you to please look into this issue and process my refund ASAP.

    Would also request to look into this issue as it impacts customer trust, and we think twice to place an order.

      I have ordered 7 items from Nykaa App worth of RS 2024.97 (pre-paid order) on 25th Feb 2023, its been 20 days they have not delivered my parcel.

      I have raise several concerns and wrote emails for support but no help given.

      1. we have no option to cancel the products from consumers end.
      2. after requesting several times they did not even provide the number of delivery agent.
      3. we cant reach to them via tele-if we raise concern after that wait for their call, and they did not respond for 48 hours in my case.
      4. provided no solution via email.
      5. without my consent they have cancelled the order. i have just received notification.
      6. no attempt made to contact me or to convey the status of my ordered parcel.

      I request for my ordered items deliver to me and provide me with fair compensation for waiting 20 days with no authority over a paid order which was neither delivered nor giving option to cancel and ask for refund. this is unethical practice and leaving consumer helpless.

        I had ordered a bag from Nykaa fashion app 4 days ago i.e on 10 March and I couldn’t see the order in orders section. I wanted it to cancel right away but their customer care wasn’t available since it was after 7 pm. I have been talking to their customer care since 4 days now and they said they can’t cancel it since it’s already left the warehouse. They kept telling refuse the delivery attempt for it to be canceled. Once the bag reaches their warehouse, I shall get an initiation of refund. All this while I was clueless about the status of the product since I still can’t see it in my orders section. They kept sending me the same “wait for 48 hours” email again and again. They sent me a bluedart tracking id which showed “rejected awb inscanned”. I spoke with the @BlueDart_ @BlueDartCares executive and he said the product has been canceled by the shipper and there’s not going to be a delivery attempt. I tried to tell Nykaa people this and asked for a refund but I still am not getting a refund. They are asking me to wait for 48 hours more I don’t understand why! I need my refund asap.

          My return request was rejected even though wrong product size was delivered

          Nykaa Online Shopping fake letters about winning prizes

          I have received a letter from Nykaa mentioning that we have won 1, 00, 000 cash prize in a scratch and win lucky draw. The letter is received from Kolkata-:

          [protected] Helpline number to redeem the prize

          The person asked for bank account number, IFSC code and account holder name to transfer the money.

          Nykaa - please take strict action as this a very serious issue...

          Near to Expiry products

          This is my order id - NYK[protected] I ordered 4 mac lipstick and highlighter in double gleam (mini diva, mini Russian red, full size stay curious powder matte, full size ruby woo) ₹5895on 14 Feb and received on 17th feb. When I checked those lipstick they were old n will get expired in less than a year(except ruby woo). I even requested them to replace it.. they said they have given me resolution in the past event they will not...

          I had purchased a product "MCaffiene face wash" for Rs 339 which has showed "Enjoy a free gift". Along with this product I also placed 2 other products and total bill was about Rs 883. I placed these 3 products on Nykaa mobile application. This was my first on Nykaa and was too late for delivery. And also there was no free gift along with product that was supposed be!

          I asked chat help in the app, they said that "You have to place order above 449 to get the gift" I asked them that I couldn't see it on the product. They replied that they have mentioned it on website! They even not mentioned that whether it's nykaa's website or MCaffiene's website. Why would I or anyone have to check the product offers on site rather than their own mobile application. The offer information is total misleading for a customer! Some action to be taken on Nykaa

            I have ordered a product from nykaa but the delivery boy came to our house and refuse to come to our floor and use rude words. He tell the company that we wanted to open the product blocked our number and never came with the product and when we tried to call from another number he blocked that also. He tell to us he will bring the product but take extra charges to come but the delivery is free. His name is Amit Rastogi and his number is [protected]. I think you should look in the matter and ask Amit not to do it again with someone else.

              We have not received the parcel and delivery boy didn’t came to our house and he told that we should come down to pickup the parcel.He tell lie to us and cancel the parcel he told the company that we want to open the parcel that was a lie alligation to us. The delivery boy name is Amit Rastogi and his mobile jo.[protected]. I want the parcel as soon as possible. We have talk to the customer care and they said that our parcel will be there till evening . We want good service from your company but it is not.

                I ordered products when the expected delivery date was 8-9 february but received late so i placed return request as soon as i received my product but they rejected my return request and also the shades of the products is different as shown in product description. But they cheated the customer I'm Totally disappointed with the service. I have the tag, invoice, everything with me, still you guys have rejected my return twice without describing any reason. I am highly disappointed with the service. This is a cheat you are doing to the customers.

                  Totally disappointed with the service. This is for my order number nyk[protected], i have bought a m. A. C lipstick for my wife. However, you have delivered a different product then what is shown in the order description image. I have initiated the return request immediately on the day of delivery without using the product. I have the tag, invoice, everything with me, still you guys have rejected my return twice without describing any reason. I am highly disappointed with the service. This is a cheat you are doing to the customers.

                    I have received a call from Nykaa on lucky draw and to purchase 5000 rupees worth products.they scammed me and got that money.

                    They have clearly shown the Nykaa business account.

                    I would like to get the refund and take serious action on them.

                      I ordered YSL Y perfume from Nykaa, which turned out to be fake upon research and feedback from nearby sellers. Nykaa suggested contacting Parcos, their supplier, but did not respond further. It is not my responsibility to reach out to a third-party supplier, as Nykaa is accountable for selling fake products. This is a serious issue, as even a 30% fake product rate constitutes a scam that deceives customers.

                      If a Nykaa representative is reviewing this message, I request an immediate refund for the fake YSL Y perfume. If a refund is not provided promptly, I will have no choice but to pursue legal action.

                        I ordered lipsticks from nykaa and they are not taking my return request the products are all untouched unused have shared all the pictures with them and they have put my return request on hold for a long time and not taking the return request till now all i hear from them is to wait for 72 hours

                          I have received Nykaa Gift Card for Rs. 1000/-. At the time of redemption the value was showing Rs. 14/-. I have made several complaint in customer care in SBI Card as well as In Nykaa. I have been asked to send screenshot multiple times and on every occasion i got several different reply viz the voucher is applicale in Nykaaa fashion/ the voucher will be applicable for order above Rs. 2600/- etc. There are no celerity on it to Nykaa / SBI Card persons. I am suffering for last 40 days for solution of same. The company is asking for transaction id and i shared with them around 10 days before but not received any reply. I have redeemed the voucher and amount credited on my wallet for Rs. 14/- on Adding Giftcard for [protected] Transaction id ID:[protected] dt
                          20th Jan, 2023. I wonder how it is happening and there are no any response from Nykaa and SBI Card. They are washing their hands and without giving any solution.
                          Please arrange to credit balance amount of Rs. 986/- to Nykaa wallet or Cancel the voucher and credit Rs. 1000/- in my SBI Card. Failing which appropriate action will be taken.

                            I had placed an order on Nykaa on 14th Jan, 2023. It was a prepaid order. After 3days, I received a call from the delivery guy stating that the address mentioned on the package is not "his area" and so he will deliver it the next day.
                            From the next day onwards, I could see on the tracking page of the item, as it moving from one warehouse to another for another 15days! I complained to Nykaa customer service several times and every time they said it will get resolved in next 24-48 hours. On 1st Feb, 2023, I got a message that the order has been delivered. But, I did not receive any OTP or phone call from the delivery guy. I checked with the neighbors and around, but no package was delivered.
                            I am complaining the same to Nykaa customer service but they are not taking any action. Every time I complain, they say they need 2-3 days to "investigate" but they do nothing.

                              Ordered a clothing from Nykaa fashion and the delivery date mentioned was 2nd Feb. When it got shipped the date shown as delivery was 4th Feb. The support team kept assuring me that it will be delivered on time but the status said from 1st Feb "on hold destination unable to receive ". They assured me a call back and that too didnt happen.

                                  I ordered L’Oreal professionnel xtenso repair shampoo and conditioner. The product received is fake. Before ordering I watched fake vs real product videos on YouTube and read some blogs as well. The product delivered has black fonts but should be golden. Such service from a topmost nation online shopping platform is really disappointing. I need to replace my product.
