Nykaa.com — Unauthentic / Fake product received

Very Disappointing experience with NYKAA

Recently I had ordered a few products om Nykaa Man, with order id: NYK[protected] dated 5'th March 2022. The order was delivered by Delhivery partner on 7'th March 2022. The delivery timeline is commendable.

This order has an item Bugatti Patterned Formal Shoe, within 1 day o[censored]se the Leather started getting peeling off & color also started changing. Probably on 9'th March 2022 I had raised ticket no.: - [protected] stating I had received a damaged & unauthenticated product, as premium branded Shoes like Bugatti Shoes will neither colour will fade nor will not get damaged in single day use. The return has been Initiated on 12'th a Delhivery partner had acme for the pick-up of the item, but he deny to pick up stating as the item is used. When I had raised the ticket I had mentioned that I had used it for 1 day.

I doubt the quality & authenticity of the product or a Premium branded product will not get damaged nor get fade in a day's use. Nykaa as an e-commerce brand should make sure about the Authenticity of the products that is been sold through the platform. If third-party vendors sell fake products through Nykaa, they are scamming the end CONSUMERS & NYKAA at the same time.

Now after 2 weeks o[censored]sage the product is not even in a position to use.

I didn’t received any support or resolution from NYKA

Kindly look into the matter very seriously & do the needful at the earliest.
