Ordered bowl set and the option for payment is only through online no offline.

As I tried multiple time to call and reach them, the phone number not working.

It's totally fraud and I want my money return and this website need to block or banned .

Need a proper justice for all these fake websites and Google should verify these before posting an advertisement.

      I had ordered a blouse from Nykaa, and received a lehanga set delivered. Immediately I sent photographs to nykaa customer care email and on help chat. They replied the that they will revert and resolve the query in 24-48 hours. Its been 10 days now I had sent so many emails, tried talking to customer service but no response. Then I tried to return the product stating wrong product is delivered, but they cancelled the return. Then I again tried contacting so they are saying we had sent the right product only, can't help you.
      I am helpless, they are not at all responding or helping.
      It is so unprofessional that they haven't responded even sending so many emails. It is frustating.

        Nykaa sent me a damaged rayban sunglass of value ₹8631. It’s been 10 days since I am contacting their customer support and I have contacted for 100 times now and they are just rejecting my return request again and again saying that all the products has been dispatched correctly. I have received a sunglass which is damaged from the left side even the over box and inner box was damaged. I created return request twice and 1st they said that it got rejected due to sharing of wrong images then I created another request and I checked the pictures 10times with the customer support and they said that it was correct this time and you don’t need to worry your return request is gonna get accpeted this time. But it got rejected again. They are saying that they have dispatched all the items correctly and disconnecting my calls and chats again and again. They promised me twice about arranging a call back with their senior executives but they are not even arranging a cal back. Please help me since it’s a damaged and high value product. I have been worried since 10days now.

          Delivery boy not coming to our place for deliver th products instead he was saying because of oned product can't come to your place.
          And himself only cancel the order.

            I was trying to place an order on Nyka on 19th Jan 2022.
            I had an gift card of 250 rs, I added the gift card and made the payment, but order was not placed and Gift card card amount never reverted.
            I am trying to reach nykaa so many times, no response till now.
            It is worst experience to reach them and get an resolution

            I never suggest anyone to use nykaa as there customer service is at worst and customer service experience is not good.

            After trying to reach them for more than month, I am still clueless why the gift card amount not reverted.

              N they took me from 64000 thn I complaint on nykaa support... talk with his executives
              After they tell our senior executive contact you...so after 2 days nykaa executive contact me...n tell me that will return your refund..bt there is some refund process fess..n mail me from nykaa mail ID.

              I pay the 700000 rs to them. Till the fen

              They have big team for fraud...pls look in to this mater..I have all details about them

                I order some products from nykaa and my money was debited on nykaa and bank send me a receipt alredy that transaction successfully done..and in there nykaa app not showing my order and i call many times they refused me ...they say nykaa not recieved my money ..i email I call many times they harassing me that go bank cheacking for this...but I have not a huge time to take this ..i order online becz I save my time and pay online but now I suffer...i email screenshot that bank cnfrm my order and payment successful but nykaa refused me ..it's really very much harassing me ..plz cheack my complain and take a right action on this ... thaku...

                  Hi Falguni Nayar,

                  On 6th Feb I have purchased a gift card voucher worth Rs 1000 which was deducted money from GPAY but I didn't receive any confirmation messages from NYKAA and the recipient has not received a gift voucher too.

                  Last two days I doing followup calls to support team and have explained them again & again for the same issues

                  Still have not received any update on the same, Your team member is very slow to solve the queries as compared to other competitor markets.

                  Please improve it and solve my issues as soon as possible

                      I had presented a gift card to a friend who could not use it in time and unfortunately the request for revalidation was rejected with no reason. Point no. 12 in the terms (https://www.nykaa.com/terms-conditions/giftcard) clearly states that it can be done subject to additional checks and I wasn't asked for any reason for not being able to use. The advisor just placed my call on hold and came back saying it cannot be revalidated.

                        There was a product “Alan truman atom 510 trimmer” which comes with 4 guide combs but these 4 guide combs were missing from the box n i immediately raised my concern with nykaa customer support on 28th January n i was asked to wait for 24 to 48 hours. And after 48 hours, i was again asked to wait for another 48 hours n even there senior officials are also keep asking to wait but don’t do anything at all for the return or replacement of the product. It’s been 8 days now n they’re again doing the same thing, keep asking to wait for 48 hours.
                        I want help in this matter. Thank you

                              Replacement scam

                              I placed an order on Nykaa on 16 Jan for a total of 11 items which was divided into two shipments. I received a damaged product in that package and requested a replacement for it. Nykaa approved my request and a pick up guy from their partnering delivery services Delhivery came on 19 January.                               Ordered the product on 20th Jan 2022, received an unauthentic product which is green in color and smells like bubblegum instead of the original grape flavor which should've been purple.
                              It's clearly visible in their product description images that the shade is purple and of grape flavor.
                              They pitched me some cheap product.
                              I want either a replacement or a refund.
                              My request for replacement has already been rejected without proper reasoning.

                                I applied for nykaa ipo as on 29th October 2021, but I didn't get allotted nykaa' share so in consequence, I am suppose to get my money back but I didn't get back my money and UPI (GPAY) mandate got expired.

                                  I have order products of Rs 693 on nykaa yesterday and the amount was deducted from my sbi bank account and I have transferred money from pay tm, i asked nykaa for the money and they are telling we didn't receive the money and to contact paytm or your bank and raise the complaint then I asked with Paytm customer care 24/7 they raised an ticket but didn't respond to me also I asked SBI customer care they told me that you have to ask the third party(Paytm) for that. Then where is my money goes?

                                    Recently ordered 3 products worth Rs. 5000 from @nykaafashion @MyNykaa and was truly disappointed when I was delivered only 1 and other 2 also showed delivered but I never got them.

                                    Have not yet received resolution, it was gift to my mom after collecting money this new year. I still have not received any info from customer care even if this is not small amount of money. They should have escalated it as it is not 200 rupees, but 3000rs products missing. Worst service.

                                    If i don't get resolution to this, I am sending Nykaa a legal notice, with full visibility to my rights, that nykaa is doing fraud and cheating by stealing money.

                                      I had ordered a dress on 10th December, received on 13th n requested for the replacement on 14th and till Jan 4th 2022 didn't receive the dress. Everyday followed up with support but all they did was create tickets n when I ask what's the update their scripted line is give us 48-72hrs to resolve the issue and it's been 20 days now. I do not want the dress now all I want is my money back for spending huge amount on stupid dress and trusting this stupid Nykaa who doesn't give value to their customers nor make a genuine effort to resolve the issue. Attached the screenshot of the order Id. Never buy from this as support sucks to the core. Out of 890 complaints on nykaa only 57 is resolved. Wise one will understand!
