I made an order from nykaa for the amount of rs 1247, the payment of which was deducted from my account (as per my bank statement). The payment was made from my gpay account which showed that the purchase was confrmed by nykaa, even though ther was no order confirmed from nykaa.
Later, on the same date, i made another order for cod, thinking that the payment debited would be refunded in 2-3 days, which was delivered to me for cod.
But, even after 20 days my payment was not refunded. I even contacted the gpay customer care, but it was argued that the payment was successful so the goods should have been delivered or the payment should have been refunded.
When i asked nykaa for a refund, they claimed that no payment was received from my side which is why the order was not confirmed, henceforth refused to provide any refund. Kindly do the needful at the earliest
