Nykaa — refusal assessment to solve problem and harassment of customer. | |||||
I wanted to return a nail polish purchased from Nykaa. First they tell me that the product will be picked up by their field executive but later say that there is no pick up service in my area and I have to self ship it to their warehouse through Indiapost. When I do so, they refuse to receive the product. I've been calling them for nearly a month but every time I have to explain the whole situation from the very beginning and they keep me on hold for more than 30 minutes. They say that they will have to talk with their senior executives and will let me know. Till now there has been no call or solution from their side. Only computer generated mail.
