I placed an order on Nykaa on 16 Jan for a total of 11 items which was divided into two shipments. I received a damaged product in that package and requested a replacement for it. Nykaa approved my request and a pick up guy from their partnering delivery services Delhivery came on 19 January. Nykaa or Delhivery did not send any clear cut instructions as to what the pick up guy was supposed to pick up. It was my first time and as such I was not familiar with their replacement procedure and trusted the pick guy's instructions and gave him the item package from shipment consisting of 8 items which included the damaged product as well. I had repeatedly told him that he must be mistaken and that he should take only the damaged one but he refused and said that he is supposed to take whole package. So I gave him the whole package with 8 items. Nykaa however only sent me the replacement product. I have repeatedly emailed nykaa to look into my issue and they have not done anything whatsoever. Now I have already paid full for it and have not received all my items. Please help me out. Was this information helpful? |
