Nykaa.com — I'm complaining about delayed shipment. | |||
I've ordered some cosmetics from nykaa on sept 12th and it was supposed to be delivered by sept 17th as per nykaa. It's sept 20th today and yet, there is still no tracking information, the only info i am provided with is that it has been delayed. I need it urgently and i'm running out of patience. I'd like to hear why it is taking too long for the delivery and i'd want it to be shipped at the earliest possible time. Was this information helpful? | |||

Thank you for providing us with the required details.
This is to inform you that the order was dispatched through Indiapost courier company as only this company is providing service at your address (Pin code). As checked on their website, the order has processed on 21/09/2019 by them and it is in transit. They take 10-15 business days to deliver the order.
You should be able to track the shipment on the tracking link: https://www.indiapost.gov.in/ with the tracking no. (AWB No.): ED[protected]IN.
