I have ordered one garnier wrinkle lift cream & klairs freshly juiced vitamin drop on 3rd october, the order number is nyk[protected], however i have not received my order till 10th of october so i cancelled it on 10th october. Yesterday i had called nykaa customer care but they are telling that until and unless the order will not reach the warehouse they won't refund my money. So i think the nykaa is not trustworthy app anymore because who gives the guarantee if delivery partner can lose my product then i will not get my money? This is very disappointing. Few days before I order 9 products on 2nd October who's delivery dates is 8th October. Today is 8th October but I didn't receive my parcel.
