Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to inform you that I had lodged a complaint of my Split AC Remote model no : AR-RAJ1E . I got a raw deal from an totally unprofessional coaaaaampany. I received a call from Cell No.[protected] since Last Sunday this gentalman is giving me sweet poison Sir will be coming at 5:00 p.m tomorrow at 9:30 something or the other to my cell no[protected].
My complaint No is DEL[protected]. he is working with somewhere with Saket Dealer as informed. Surprisingly he delivered me a DUPLICATE REMOTE and when I call POLICE he Run Off.
This is the behaviour of O GENERAL FAMILY is highly disgusting.
we are your regular customer and last year we brought 3 split AC of O GENERAL with Bills we can show as and when Required

    I purchased 1 ton window ac through TATA CLiQ on 29.8.20 and installation was done on 03.9.20. All Particular of the ac was updated in the mobile openeral customer care app. But it is not able me to make request for free service in the app. Hence requested to cause action for servicing my ac which is under warranty. Moreover this is my first free service Fter installation.

      I purchased AC of O general a year back but started using from Jan-21 as could not shift to my new house due to COVID -19 . I am a senior citizen.

      Since I started using AC, on and off cooling is not sufficient even at 18 degree temperature. Complained several times and attended to but issue is not resolved. Absolutely bad product. Bought expensive machine due to brand equity of O General but very much disappointed.

        Dear Team,
        This is regarding a brand new product purchased from General company which was so far known for his quality products but my experience was totally opposite and infact when searched on internet I found that there are huge number of people who had the same experience like what happened with me.
        I bought a two ton inverter AC for my drawing Room which unfortunately didn't start at the time of installation itself. Service team replaced few parts (in Brand new product) but still it didn't worked for them, Finally they took two months and outdoor unit was replaced in winters.
        Again the same happened next session and it didn't turned up. They again replaced a part by me paying for the same as it was one year now. The system worked for two months ( though installed in Drawing room so cumulative run time not more than 6 hrs ).And again its giving the same trouble, I escalated the case to their service team for a permanent solution but they are not even bothered now to revert on a mail. Just imagine how difficult it is for me that after spending 80k on a product, I'm not able to use it.
        Later on I found Same is happening with so many clients . Therefore please it's my humble request to take action against the services provided by the company.

          Hello,

          This is with reference to the Air conditioner i bought on May 25th, 2020, which was purchased from AUM G INC (Model- 24CGTA-2TR, 5 Star) outlet in Delhi, the said unit stopped functioning within a year, it has lost the cooling capacity and the air flow, though it is 2 TR in capacity.

          With given condition of the unit, have registered the complaint with your after sales team, the engineer visited my place on May 1st, 2021 and serviced the entire unit on same day only, but despite service the unit is not functioning properly.

          Hence again I have written an email to concern department on 30 Jun 2021.
          Once again same engineer visited my place on July 1st, 2021 and check the entire unit, and told me that the cooling level can not come down as desired selected temperature by remote, as it's compressor automatically cut off the power of the unit. Today it's automatically stop working and even though there are no power light in air-condition.

          I purchased this unit in INR 70, 540 and 10, 700/- has paid towards its installation with all required items believing the brand being one of the best across, but sad to say that it has indeed disappointed me again and again.

          Now I am really fed up with this and wants the resolution of for the above issue asap

              Sir I bought o general ac before two years. In that two years 3times gas leakage problem occurred one time coil also changed in service centre from three month from date of purchase. Now again same gas leakage problem occurs but no response in service centre.

                  I bought AC ASGG18CGTA Model AC exactly 14 months back and it has warranty 12 months on everything.But urfortunately, the motor has been stopped to work imeediately after the warraty period completed.

                  I had spended 61 K for this AC because of the goodwill it has. But it had stopped to working after warranty period. I had contacted the customer care for the service.The technician visited and told that, the motor is not working and it has to be replaces which cost is about 7000 rupees and service charges extra.

                  My cousin's have been using other brands AC since from 6 years and bought for low cost compared to O General.Till now they didnt face any issues with AC.

                  Everyone knows that O General is good brand and costlier compared with other brand.My woory is that after spending 60 K and used only 1 year again i have to spend around 8K which really useless.

                  Another thing is I had raised complaint 1 week back but till now there is no response from O General which is very bad.

                    Today I have purchased one O General Split A.C. 18 CGTA from Sri Rajya Lakshmi Electronics and Homeneeds, Repalle, Guntur District, PIN 522265. At the time of purchase they told to me that no need to pay installation charges, its purely free of cost. But, one person came to my house from O General Servicning for installation and he prepared a list of charges for installation all about Rs.5, 410/-. I am surprised with his behaviour and irresponsible attitude. He simply told to me that you may contact Customer Care. Hence, it is request to take necessary action againt that fellow and resolve my issue.

                          I have purchased 2T Inverter AC from Vijay Sales, R-City Mall, GHATKHOPER, Mumbai. O General technician came for installation and tried for two days to start the AC but it did not start/ operate. On enquiry the technician informed me that there is problem in outdoor unit and the machine will have to be replaced. However, till date I have not heard anything for replacement o[censored]nit. Further, the technician while installing the AC, in the outdoor unit he has given shabby joint in the power cable which is exposed to rain water and would lead to short circuit even with light shower. This type o[censored]nsafe and poor workmanship is not expected from company like O General.
                          I had purchased O General AC because of quality and services it claims although other similar brands at cheaper rates are available in the market. I feel disgusted and cheated by the company which makes tall claims of customer services.

                          Would like company to replace the AC or give refund without delay.

                            I buy a o general ac on 10 oct 2020. and now im looking for its service but no have proper service center or customer care number, i tried so many customer care number but they denied for the services instead they said that it will be chargeable services even ac is under warranty.

                            please resolve my quaries as soon as possible

                                The following is my request letter wrote to m/s narang electronic court road saharanpur 247001, to replace the defective piece of split ac purchased, after 3 to 4 times repairing it could not function well.

                                Sir, i am enclosing herewith an invoice no 638 dtd. 11/08/2018 of o general split ac asga18fttc t0 28578t0 25967 after purchasing the ac it's never functioned well or as per its reputation, could not even cool the room of 12 by 13, narang's mechanic visited my house 3 to 4 times but the result is zero, now after switch off the ac it's makes sound like a crackers, and not giving too cooling,

                                I visited narang electronics personally and explained all the conditions of ac and requested them to replace the same because the guarantee/warantee period is also going to lapse, but they refused my request only to agree for repair the same, sir i believe that the piece is initially defective, so, i requested to replace the same and oblige to me, o general is one of the reputed company, to see the reputation of the company, this is their duty to satisfy their customers.

                                After making complaint, service centre deputed mechanic 3 to 4 times, but the result is nil, although they repaired it, and ok but after two days, it's again became out of order not cool the room,

                                Sir, i am senior citizen, and purchased the best company ac from my retirements benefits, but now i think i have not purchased a ac i purchased mentally tension, so, i request you to help me out by getting it replaced, so, i may become tension free.

                                The warranty period is going to lapse on 10th august.

                                  (only midnight 2.00am to early morning 7.30am)
                                  i registered compliant in o general customer care 7th june 2019

                                  i got call from sahara cool line ac service
                                  phone no ([protected])
                                  next day some person came unprofessional technician name call naga babu
                                  mobile no([protected]) he just checked indoor & said my ac filled up with dust
                                  & he done water wash with gun without checking outdoor unit
                                  & charged 1500rs & didnt even gave us any kind serviced bill
                                  again same night prblm started ice started building more

                                  & we contacted him he came and checked outdoor he was saying
                                  ac refrigerant was leaking and demanded us 3500rs to refill the gas
                                  y didnt he checked it before if gas was leaking he simply need to waste my money
                                  again i called custome care registered no vij[protected] they said they didint receive service bill update we cant do anything

                                  i asked customer care person to take any legal action on that unprofessional technician naga babu mobile no([protected])
                                  they simply refused to take
                                  & my ac also making lot of noise at nights after the service

                                  im not getting any kind of support from o general customre care nor sahara cool line ac service unprofessional technician naga babu
                                  no ones nt responding to me... my ac getting more &more worse after service

                                  finally plzz consider my prblm immediately

                                    We have o general spilt ac 1.5 ton
                                    Its model no:ASGA18FTTA.
                                    After one year of purchase many complants starts arising like:
                                    1.Gas leaking its cost around ₹ 3150
                                    2.Dismental Service its cost around ₹2500
                                    3.Again Gas leakage its cost around ₹ 4350
                                    5.Now coil is damaged and the Authorized dealer said that it will cost ₹ 18600
                                    And i think it is very expensive.
                                    I Purchased O general inverter 1.5 ton AC 2/2018 and filters cleaned every month by me. Present no cooling in 22 deg. At installation time good cooling in 26 degrees. Now require company servicing and my AC warranty please be extending for 2 years for AC
                                    AC is not working properly and not giving any kind of cooling

                                      We have 1.5 ton split ogeneral ac.
                                      It's model number is asga18aet.
                                      Before one month compressor failed. After posting a complaint it was replaced after 20 days for amount of rs. 8000 including all service work. After one week these are the problem which are happening
                                      1.) many of the times compressor fails to start, only the outdoor unit fan works.
                                      2.) even after compressor getting started, good cooling was got only for one week after servicing. Currently there is no cooling when the compressor is running.

                                      This is a sort of very poor servicing as replaced compressor is a sort of poor one making too much o[censored]nusual sound while running.
                                      I kindly request you attain to the problem as soon as possible. Please provide an answer to this problem.

                                        No body can visit my place for last 15 days after telephonic convertation to ur customer care departement and ur senior person also can't reply to solver my problem

                                        No body can visit my premises what can i do pls suggest me my ac was not working for last 26 june 2017 but no body can reply authentication answer. Only he want advance money but my simple question was pls suggest how much money i pay in advance 5000 or 10000 or 1 lakh pls explain me sir

                                        But 1 thing i don’t understand why u required advance money and after that u visit and replace the part ok fine if my part was ok (Working) than u pay my money back or if some another part not working than u replace another part

                                        All other ac company first engineers check ur ac and replace the part and after that req money
                                        But u as a company engineer cant find the problem
                                        If is this ur company policy its ok

                                        Pls explain what amount i pay

                                        But i suffer for last 2 moths ac not working
