Oasis Resource Management — Fraudulent company - Scammers

I started my process with Oasis Resource Management on 27th Oct '21 - for them to find a suitable job for me in Canada.
They took 75, 000 inr for the processing + 2000inr initially for the documents evaluation. Nothing worked, they couldn't find a job for me. Not even took me to an interview level. I applied for withdrawal in June 2024. Its been more than a year & till date they didn't refund my amount. For further details, I have attached the most latest communications happened with them in the first quarter of this year(2025). Looking forward for a relevant action on them & a complete refund of my amount paid as nothing at all has been done by them & harrasement of not paying back my money for more than a year.
