[Resolved] Oasis Resource Management — immigration fraud

Oasis resource management assured to provide job in canada and process express entry. They collected rs 86, 250 and did not provide any job or process express entry. They only guide you to complete the form. They don't have any affiliate in canada. They are not registered with iccrc and not eligible to act as immigration consultant to canada. Even if your crs score is low they will assure you that you will successfully migrate jut to collect the money.

After collecting money they will try to waste you time as much as possible. If you ask for refund they will tell you to wait for profile expiry which is after one year. The fraudster in mumbai is sonam and frah. The one in delhi is shreya and rupinder.

Even after soon many complain how the government is still allowing this fraud company to keep looting innocent people. What could be the possible solution?

Thank for writing your concern, Oasis Resource Management is consulting firm only to suggest you how and when you can apply for immigration process. that the company is consulting firm to suggest you the easiest and best way to migrate not assuring you for any kind of false promise. while interacting you have paid the consulting charges of oasis only. please read and check the contract once again. yes they are not being part ofICCRC as they not assuring you any job they are just supporting consulting firm to suggest you how to apply with relevant documents. if you have any query and concern then please write them at the given mail id to get the best solution for your case. they have several branches to visit even to get the clarity.

I can see your auto response for all the complaint.

As I mentioned earlier, filling form does not amount to professional service.

You know the lowest CRS score to get ITA for Canada was 415. My score was around 306. You did not disclose the CRS score requirement and just collect money assuring to get Job and ITA under express entry.

To me it is criminal for you to even accept such files, since you know that person will not get ITA. You should give full information to your client. You tell your client to pay money first and then make them sign a stupid contract saying you are offering only consultancy service

You don't have an affiliation to any companies in Canada. Neither you are legally eligible to provide consultancy service for Canada immigration.

If you are a genuine company why so many complaints from your clients. When I asked Sonam, your staff about the various complaint she told me they are false allegation by your competitors. I told her that if I find the various complaints to be true, I will personally sue her for fraud.

If you still claim your innocence let Police / CBI audit your bank account and see how many payments you have collected and how many people actually got job through your company and migrated.

I am agree... they are fraud as without even knowing your work profile.. they offer you to settle abroad... IF they are not fraud, can they share even a single successful case of immigration??

Also, the best part is these people are so smart.. everytime they ask you to provide details within minutes so the victim cannot think about their reliability OR try to evaluate or validate what they are offering is how much feasible.

The should be Gang of Scammers...
